Great for Six Flags stay!

Pros: Good breakfast, clean rooms.
Cons: More parking would be nice.
Location: Six Flags, Gurney Mills, and a lovely Olive Garden where we ate dinner.
This was a very pleasant location. The staff were friendly and the room clean and pleasant. Breakfast was hotel average, but included the necessities and got us ready for a fun day over at Six Flags. I would stay again in a heartbeat!

I felt very uncomfortable

I felt very uncomfortable staff was watching our every move we could not relax. I felt extremely uncomfortable in the pool area as well as a male staff member constantly passed the window and watched myself and minor daughter In an nappropriate manner also the hot tub did not work. The carpets in the room were dirty and the air conditioner had a moldy smell to it. The staff was rude and I felt like I was on curfew being constantly asked about my room number whenever I left the hotel and returned I did not feel like I was treated like I valued paying customer even though my room was prepaid.

Great for the price!!!

Hallways had a slight odor but room was clean and staff was great. We stay here once a year on our way to some races in Chicago. The price is right also - if you want a top of the line place, then pay the big $ and stay elsewhere, but this place is great for the money!!!

OK hotel

Hotel was okay, it was dingy and dated. The first floor reeked of chlorine from the indoor pool. The hotel offered free breakfast, we chose to go to Steak and Shake and pay for our breakfast instead.

Near to Gurnee Mills - Plus point

Pros: Breakfast and the beds
Cons: Water shower pressure can be better. Not sure if it is because I am staying on level 3.
Location: Gurnee Mills, Five Guys, Walmart and Target are close by to do some neccessary shopping and food.
Pros The room is very comforting. The beds are good and there is even a microwave in case you need to reheat any food. The breakfast are very satisfactory and they even have 2 DIY waffle makers. Hot items include omelete and sausages. The location is right next to Gurnee Mills. Cons The shower water pressure is soft. Bath soaps instead of bath foams. There could be a brighter light in the room especially when I was going to pack up my suitcase.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. However expedia screwed up with my reservation. Thanks to comfort-in staff for providing me end moment reservation.

Nice hotel close to shopping

We were very surprised at how nice this room was since we have not had great luck in the area in the past. The room was not only quite clean but the staff was very welcoming. The pool which we enjoy using during our stays was perfect for us. Usually the pool water is too cold but your pool water was perfect. The breakfast was also a very nice surprise. A step above continental and very clean area as well. We will most likely be back.
