I booked this hotel for business I was conducting in the area and was very satisfied. The hotel was modern and the staff was friendly and helpful. If you want to visit downtown Chicago, the commuter train is nearby and in a safe neighborhood. I highly recommend this hotel.

“Good price in convenient location”

We travel to Chicago regularly and, in general, stay somewhere in the northwest suburbs so we have a bit of experience with hotels in this general area. This Comfort Inn is a pretty good deal. The staff is friendly and helpful; the hotel is clean and tidy and it’s very convenient for the interstate. We would certainly use it again next time we’re in the area.

We were pleasantly surprised. It was a great stay for the price. Actually, I've stayed at higher priced hotels that wasn't nearly as nice. The service was exceptional and the continental breakfast was good also. When I go back to Chicago, I'll stay there again.

I loved staying at the Comfort Inn, the room was comfortable, had a fridge and microwave, tub, flat screen tv. There's complimentary parking and breakfast (cereal, eggs, sausage / bacon, bagels, bread, danish, fruit, yoghurt, waffles, coffee, juices). Staff was nice and helpful. Would definitely stay there again. IHOP right across the street as well as a bar.

Am a returning customer. All staff A+ – in fact, it was so bitterly cold when we were there that the car wouldn't start. One of the staff came and helped us start our car – successfully - saved us a lot in towing and time! The room was great. We asked for a quiet location for room and got that. If you need super quiet: ask for a top floor as well so you do not hear people walking above. We didn't try the complimentary breakfast but rather went to IHop across street. There's a Starbucks a stone's throw away. Right off the highway = easy to get to/find. TV is a flat screen – worth actually watching the news or whatever. Bed super comfy. Maid service punctual and polite. Bath towels are soft and absorbent – and clean. No complaints whatsover.
