“Convenience and comfort - great hotel for catching your early morning flight”
I had to take an 8AM flight the next day so I stayed at Comfort Inn O'Hare. The place is clean and room was comfortable. The airport shuttle pick up helped me reach the hotel from Chicago downtown (took a Blue L line to Chicago airport and then the hotel shuttle picked me up) since I did not want to try any other transport late in the evening. Overall, I had a very pleasant and enjoyable stay at the hotel.
“Decent...”
Small, decent hotel near our destination (we went to All-State Arena). Parking stinks - all spaces in front of the hotel belong to adjacent restaurant; rear parking lot is unlevel with many potholes. Room was clean and spacious for 2. A lot of the common areas need modernizing. Hotel staff was helpful and courteous.
“Looong Wait”
The hotel was clean, and comfortable, the staff was friendly. I was told the shuttle ran every half hour, I waited for 3 hours at O'hare. I won't be staying there ever again.
“Lovely Hotel”
I have stayed in other Comfort Inns and been pleased with the service and hotel. This Comfort Inn was beautiful. The lobby was stunning. My room was in excellent shape. The hotel staff was helpful, polite, and friendly. They even provided free pizza one evening.
“Good comfort and nice place at a good price.”
The good: Room was nice with work desk, big comfortable bed, iron and board and in a good location for my needs. Hot breakfast or cerial ready for the start of the morning. The bad: Room mini fridge is noisy. Tought to get to the microwave as it was in a sometimes locked room. They claim to be 'green', but always replaced partially used shampoo, soap and towels.
“A good hotel”
We picked this hotel near the airport because it is inexpensive, has free breakfast, and hopefully in a desirable neighborhood where you don't have to worry about your safety. As it turns out that all of these objectives are achieved. So, we are happy with our stay. The continental breakfast included in the lodging charge is great. The neighborhood is safe.
