Hotel was clean, staff were oddly unfriendly and unhelpful. Rooms were tiny and bathroom tinier still. People running the breakfast would not refill anything 15-20 before stated closing even with a room full of people trying to get a little something to eat.

Allow me to apologize on behalf of our hotel for failing to meet your expectations regarding our staff, the size of our rooms and our complimentary breakfast service. Your comment that surprises me most is the room size, I don't know what room you were in, however the Rosemont chamber of commerce tells us we have the largest room in the Rosemont area.Your comment about our staff also surprises me. We do get consistent comments about the friendliness and helpfulness of our front desk staff. However, I will look into this, and appropriate action will be taken. Great location for Step 2 CS

Pros: The staff
Cons: Breakfast could have more protein choices. If the room's climate control allowed the room to go over 70 degrees.
Location: 10-15 minutes to the airport and train (45m train to the city), 5 minutes from the Step 2 CS testing center
The shuttle drivers and hotel staff are amazing! Very helpful. My only complaint was that I was very cold most of the time. I'm from Florida, so I prefer things a little warmer...but even the heat in the room only went to 75 (and I don't think it went above 70 in my room with it on). Also, it seemed as if they had recently cleaned the carpets. There was a musty smell and the floor was dampish. Other than that, it was a great place to stay. The Tiffany's restaurant in the parking lot was so good, it's almost worth a trip back! Gotta try their soups!

Nice hotel

Cons: Closet door hard to open. Doors slamming until very late. Had constant problems with room cards not working.
Location: Close to expressways.
Location is good, although extremely close to 294. Room was clean. Housekeeping staff very helpful. Wish there was easier access to motel from street. Parking a bit tight and only allowed to use one side of the lot. Other side is only for restaurant patrons. Happy there was a public computer near the lobby.

Overall it was an enjoyable stay! The fact that breakfast was available every morning helped me to save from spending money on breakfast each morning. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the surrounding area.

Weekend stay for trade show.

Not a bad hotel for the money, considering other hotels in the area are much more expensive. One complaint, the parking lot is too small and is almost always filled.

AMAZING HOTEL

Cons: Nothing
Location: I love this hotel. Everything is close. The Hway, Places to eat etc.
I loved this hotel. It's right off the main highway, places to eat and close to the airport.

I only stayed one night but the beds were so comfy and it was close to a lot of restaurants. Great stay.

Don't reserve through a 3rd party!!

Reserve directly from comfort inn, not through a 3rd party. We got charged $10/ night for parking because of this "hidden fee"!!

I would like to let you know that a room reservation only includes free parking for our guests while they are our guests. We do have a Park and Fly rate which must be requested when you make your reservation with us, albeit we do charge $10 a day for parking if you leave your car in our lot without paying the Park and Fly rate. Great hotel convenient to O'Hare!

Beautiful, clean hotel with caring staff! Unfortunate airline delays caused me to miss my connecting flight. Was great to be able to utilize Comfort Inn's free airport shuttle from and to the hotel...thank you Comfort Inn! :-)

A welcome respite

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay here the night before our flight out of O'Hare. The hotel staff was so helpful and friendly. The beds were comfortable, and the room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was delicious, and fun for all!
