Great location, good breakfast, friendly staffPosted Oct 10, 2014
Pros: The room, the location, the breakfast, the staff.
Cons: Internet was slow.
Location: Navy Pier, restaurants and shops close by.
We had two separate reservations and the second one did not have two beds - but they upgraded us so we had one room for both nights. Outstanding view of Michigan Avenue and downtown Chicago. Walking distance to Navy Pier. The staff was always friendly and accommodating. They recommended places to eat and provided directions when needed.

Convient locationPosted Oct 10, 2014
Pros: condo-like amenities.
Cons: Make self parking more convent
Location: Downtown Chicago close to a multitude of attractions within walking distance
Self park is around the corner from the hotel so luggage needs to be dropped off at hotel first. Also, the recommended garage does not accommodate large SUV's with roof storage.

Pros: location staff
Cons: refrigerator didn't get cold beds sunk to the middle odor in the hallway
Location: great location hop on hop off 1/2 block away everything is within walking distance
excellent location and staff was outstanding. we needed a room change and they couldn't have been nicer about it. mattresses and refrigerator need to be replaced. what is that unpleasant smell in the hallway? breakfast buffet was good. we would have appreciated the addition of hot chocolate. overall, we would return. did i mention how great the staff was?

Best hotel deal in ChicagoPosted Oct 5, 2014
Cons: This is not a new building it would be important not to let the suites become shabby. There was some water damage around the windows.
Location: Everything in Chicago, one of the world's best cities.
This hotel is an amazing good deal. It is a highrise situated on Michigan Ave, a block from the river, in the best downtown Chicago location and walkable to everything in The Loop, River North, Navy Pier, the museums, the L etc. Our room had two queen size beds, a full kitchen with a dish washer, washer and dryer and full bathroom. In addition there is a very decent free breakfast included, free wifi and a little fitness room. Everything was very clean and good bed and pillows. The staff were very professional and helpful. There is a very small lobby and the hotel is not fancy but I am very glad to not pay for classy frills.

Nice Place to Stay in ChicagoPosted Oct 5, 2014
Pros: Location was close to everything we needed. Bed was very comfortable. Fully stocked kitchen.
Location: 1/2 block from the Chicago River and at the foot of Miracle Mile. We took the Double Decker trolley tour picked up 1/2 block away.
This is small hotel but right in the heart of Chicago. Within 1/2 block of the Chicago river right on N. Michigan Avenue. We had a great time. Hotel is small but rooms are very nice and well equipped. We will definitely stay there on our next trip. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.

Nice SurprisePosted Oct 3, 2014
Pros: The location and spacious room The staff was very helpful
Cons: Wifi and the bathroom
Location: Great location. It was a safe area to walk. It was close to all types of public transportation. Restaurants were plentiful within walking distance.
We weren't sure what to expect because of the great rate. From the valet parking to the room to staff....we were very pleased. The room was large and included a full kitchen and laundry area. Everything was clean. The only negative things were: 1. Wifi connection was almost nonexistent. (This caused difficulty with our plans since all our info was on my iPad). 2. The bathtub/shower was clean but in need of repair. Ceiling had a big damage spot. This did not stop us from using it though. The location was the BEST! We did not need the car after it was parked. I would recommend this hotel.
