“Our New Year's Weekend getaway.”

We were very pleased. It was clean, quiet, and well serviced. The breakfast was very good. The staff was pleasant and provided for our needs. We were there over the New Year's weekend. While midnight was a bit noisy, we accept it because it comes only once a year. On the whole, we were very pleased and satisfied.

“Don't Judge This Book by Its Cover”

The outside of the building was a bit of a concern (looked run down); but once inside, I was very pleased. The only issue I had was a sporadic shower head in my room. I didn't report it, but given the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, I have no doubt it would have been fixed had I mentioned it.

“CLean and affordable.”

Clean hotel at the right price. Free breakfast. Six of us stayed in the room. The pull out sleeper sofa was not very comfy but everything else was great! I would recommend staying here.

“Clean, convenient location”

The hotel was near I355 and I290; major Chicago-land freeways. The hotel was clean, breakfast was complimentary and satisfying, USA Today papers were available each day, and the pool was well maintained.

“Nice place for large groups!”

We had a good night with our group of 24. We could get 5 in a room comfortably and the rooms where not crowded. The staff was friendly and in the morning kept the breakfast well stocked even though there were 2 other bus loads! They were also very helpful in finding us driving directions.

“Good Hotel, but hard to get to”

Very helpful and pleasant staff. Rooms neat and clean. Very good free breakfast. The hot tub didn't work properly, spewing water everywhere. Main problem is that unless you are going west on North Avenue it is hard to get into the hotel. Going east on North Avenue requires you to go several blocks past the hotel and make a dangerous u-turn in order to go back west and enter the hotel parking lot. Most people will approach the hotel going east, since the toll road exit is just west of the hotel. Otherwise it is a nice place to stay- just be aware of the problem getting into the hotel.

“Affordable Getaway”

With traffic, this hotel was an hour away from downtown Chicago, but it was more economical than staying in the heart of the city.

“Very reasonably priced with good amenities”

Large rooms, good internet conectivity and reasonable breakfast. It was more pleasant than I expected. Close to airport and well connected to city. I had stayed at a downtown hotel and much preferred this one, inspite of the commute

“Check it out. It was better last year.”

Last year we stayed at this motel and the service and personal were friendlier. It was still clean but you could see it is going downhill if they don't keep updating it.

“Wonderful”

The hotel was great for families...the rooms are suites so it makes it easier to stay for extended days. This hotel is not far from a Metra Train station...a great way to save money to travel into Chicago. With 2 small children we felt very safe, plus it is exciting for the kids. There are not a lot of restaurants near by (within 5 miles). The indoor pool is great for young kids, at its deepest it is only 4 feet. It was very warm and clean. The hot breakfast is always a plus!
