“pretty decent hotel for the money”

I was very satisfied with the overall quality of the hotel.

“BIG room - living room as well as bedroom - 2 TVs”

This hotel is great. Very close to the airport. The shuttle runs about every half hour. It will also take you to the train station if you want to go downtown. We were disappointed when we missed the shuttle to the train station. We were told it left on the hour and at half past. We were downstairs at 6.50pm waiting to go. When it didn't show by 7.05pm I went inside to see what was happening. I was told "Oh, it had to leave early because someone wanted to go to the train station." Very frustrating because this was the same woman who had told me about 20mins earlier that I just had to wait by the front door at 7pm. Shuttle to the airport next morning worked fine. Very pleased with that service. The room was way bigger than expected. Separate living room with couch, TV, desk, microwave and small fridge. Also happy that the hand basin and mirror is separate to the bathroom so one could be in the shower while the other is brushing teeth / doing make up, etc. Very clean. Breakfast was included. Free internet (no password or fussing). Plenty of nearby restaurants deliver. There is also room service. Free parking. Couldn't ask for more. I was totally surprised that an airport hotel had so much to offer.

Though the carpet in rooms needs an improvement, for the price this place excels at achieving customer service. The location to the airport and shuttle with free parking made my travel safe and secure. It was easy to get to on my four hour drive there and back. There is security in knowing someone is there to reach my shuttle needs. The room and facilities had all I needed.

I would highly recommend this hotel. My daughter had to catch an early flight to Korea so we stayed the night before her flight. the hotel has everything you need, we did not leave until the morning. The restaraunt had good food, the free breakfast was good, the free wifi was awesome and the man who drove the shuttle to the airport was so kind. I will be booking again when I head back to the airport!

“Definetely Stay Again”

It was a good experience. Nice service and big room everything clean in it. The carpet in the elevators section was dirty. Breakfast should start a little bit earlier on Weekend (started at 7:00). But overall it was a good deal. I would stay there again.

“Excellent Value”

As a family of five we looked for a large suite for a reasonable price. The Comfort Inn met all our requirements. The Legends bar inside the hotel was incredible. We ate there a couple of times for dinner. A full sit down meal for five with salads, entrees and sodas came to about $50. The complimentary breakfasts in the same bar every morning were terrific. The location of the hotel is about 5 minutes from O'Hare airport, yet we only heard a plane once during our whole stay. I highly recommend this hotel for families who are on a budget.

“Will stay here again!”

We picked this hotel because of its affordable rate, location and the continental breakfast. We flew in to Chicago for a wedding and stayed three nights at the Comfort Suites. When we got to our room we were pleasantly surprised to see that there was a comfortable sitting room, a spacious bath area and comfortable sleeping area. The location of the hotel is surprisingly tranquil considering its proximity to the airport and a major road. Every night we slept comfortably. I can’t think of any annoyances with this hotel. I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

i would reccomend this hotel to anyone. Great location , nice size room, nice bar and resteraunt.
