Pretty good value

Pros: Nice employees.... loved the seating area next to the bedrrom
Cons: Bigger Toilets
Location: Airport hotel
Really not bad at all for the price.. I got a suite with a separate seating room and a separate TV.. Great bed with a bunch of pillows... I'd change the toilets for bigger ones... Other than that... greatly recommended for airport customers

Pros: When we asked for towels to be sent to the room, staff brought them quickly.
The hotel is undergoing renovations and it us understandable to have signs and construction workers; however, the lobby near the elevators was very dirty, dusty and rugs were muddy. There were weddings both nights and the women's restroom located off the lobby was filthy and there were rolls of toilet paper strewn about the bathroom. Our room was cleaned, but we were left with no clean towels; had to call to have towels sent to the room.

Clean with a great staff

Pros: big room
Cons: Ice machines that didn't work
Location: great location if you are flying
The hotel was under a remodeling process so the lobby was a mess. The room was nice, clean and very roomy with the two room suite. The breakfast about average but they could have served it just a little longer than from 6am to 9am. We had been traveling for two weeks and this was the earliest cutoff for breakfast of anywhere we stayed. The staff was very helpful and recommended us a great place to get one of the best hot dogs I have ever had and it was only a couple of miles on the same road as the hotel.

Just ok

Pros: Close to everything we needed.
Room wasn't very clean and needed a facelift. The double beds looked more like super singles. It was an ok stay, just disappointing since we"ve always have great experiences with comfort inns and suites.

Not very good

Pros: The staff was pleasant, had a shuttle to the outlet mall
Cons: complete renovation of rooms replace or clean carpet and get new furniture
Location: Very nice outlet mall
The hotel was under construction and dust was everywhere. The room was not very clean the carpet was stained the bathtub chipped and a piece of the table was broken and falling off.

Good Stay for the price! Would stay again...

Pros: Clean space, separation of living space and bedroom. TV's in both locations. Free breakfast and location. Staff was accommodating.
Cons: Our stay was five nights. Our room was not cleaned one night. I was very disappointed. I am not sure what happened. Front living space was small.(OK)
Location: We were near the Airport, The Convention Center, A Discount Mall, Denny's, Aldi Grocery Store and several gas stations.
My first impression was the nice lobby. The room was clean and appeared as if the hotel had been rennovated. Per the staff the rennovations were serveal years ago but the hotel still had a modern feel. The room was cozy. The non hotel pictures posted on the web site did not due the hotel justice. Much better in person. I did not find any mold or dirt on the base boards. The staff was helpful and nice. The breakfast was not just contential. It was free each morning for every guest. A door spearated the front space from the bedroom. This was perfect for my 19 year old. He had is own TV and internet access. The twin sofa sleeper was pefect for him, he is about 6 feet tall. The front space is small and the bed does touch the TV counsel when you let it out but it worked for my son. The bedroom was large and it contained the bathroom. So front guest memebers have to come into the bedroom to use the restroom. Side note: The air conditioning unit was unusally loud when it kicked on. It was little crazy at first but we got use to it. I am not sure if this will be the same in winter. Overall, I would stay again from the price. It was what we were looking for. We don't spend much time in the room. We head downtown and come back late to get sleep.
