staff were very nice & helpful, only blemish was blanket dirty & worn out, but replaced right away. sofa bed not comfy. hotel condition seemed old but renovated to give decent hospitality. overall is good value for money.

A good one near the OHare airport

Pros: Break fast
Location: Near to the airport. Perhaps the tariffs are competitive.
we just stayed overnight to catch our connecting flight in the morning. The staff are courteous. Especially the morning complimentary breakfast was good. We had many choices . Being pure vegetarians , we found many food items of our liking including fruits , juices ,bread oats cheese., fruit jams ,Yoghurt , etc We had sumptuous break fast with coffee. It was really good..

Five Star Hotel

Cons: Nothing
Location: Lots to do close by and easy to get to.
Was a little dubious about this place because it is so far away from everything. BUT this hotel will take you anywhere anytime, ie airport, train station, shopping so it is extremely convenient. The train station is only 2 miles away and once there you can go anywhere in Chicago. This place is quiet. Very quiet and the rooms are exceptional. Huge. I got 3 x more in this room at 1/4 of the cost. Good internet. The drivers and front desk are extremely helpful and go out of their way to get you where you want to go, give you suggestions, and get you anything you need.

Easy access to the airport.

Cons: Less number of parking sports were available. The hotel management should expand the parking lot.
Stayed for only two nights. Easy access to the airport. Near to the nearest freeway. Accessible to Movico theaters, couple of nice Indian Restaurants. Worth staying at this hotel for $90 per day.

Very, very noisy

Pros: Everything except the noise level.
Cons: Close the bar/restaurant!

The staff and facility were better than average. Staff friendly and helpful; facility clean and fresh looking. However, the noise from the bar/restaurant was exceptionally loud. Loud enough that we were unable to sleep until the music stopped at 2:15AM. Calls to the front desk resulted in reducing the level for a short period, but then the music was turned back up. Our advice: DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

Great stay... Would definitely stay there again! Had a warm breakfast and the coffee was so good! Soft bed lots of pillows...clean.

nice hotel near ord

everything is as expected with a very reasonable price. parking space is very limited. you need arrive early, or to ask assistance from hotel staff.

Very nice for the price

Pros: Room décor!! Great job with upgrades.
Cons: Febreeze in the hallways
Location: Close to the huge Fashion Outlet Mall
Carlos at the front desk was patient, hard working and very helpful. The room was wonderfully decorated and cozy. There's a bit of an old musty smell in the hallways, but not in the room. The shuttle service was invaluable. I would absolutely stay here again.

Mediocre Hotel with inconsistent shuttle service

Pros: room service was good, beds were comfortable, room was spacious and quiet, wi-fi was good
Cons: start the complimentary breakfast earlier--we had to leave to catch a flight and missed breakfast
Location: a little far from the airport...didn't experience things nearby
The shuttle service FROM the airport was horrible. We waited more than a half hour for the shuttle to arrive, the driver did not try to assist an elderly passenger into the van, and it took a half hour to get to the hotelt. The shuttle from the hotel to the airport was the opposite: the shuttle was on time and took less than 10 minutes: the driver was professional and considerate. He helped the elderly passenger into the van (which was not easy to access for the semi-disabled).
