The staff there are very petty and rude. The manager is the reason mainly for our visit going south and ruined. I don’t suggest anyone spending their money here.

The room was perfectly good, and clean. Except for the pool which was really dirty. There was a lot of trash in the woods against the hotels parking lot. I could tell what trash there was. Was just thrown from peoples cars in the lot. Which is hard to see, and probably hard for staff to keep clean.

Staff was kind. Room was cleanish.. found hair on the pillow cases and in the jacuzi in the room. The Jacuzzi wouldn't turn off the fan was falling out and paint pealing (not worth 180) but located is convenient.

Holy Smokes Batman. This property smells like smoke. They got a combination of weed and cigarette smells going on. It’s a non-smoking property supposedly, but the rooms smell like they are regularly smoked in. The front desk worker was kind and came through to spray the floor with air freshener, but that only does so much. To each their own, but I was traveling with 3 kids, one is a newborn. So that experience was not what I wanted them to be in. The property itself is showing its age a bit and it looks like they may be trying to fix some things? The pool is on the smaller side and was over crowded a lot. But still allowed for fun for the kiddos. Breakfast was continental and had good selections. When things got low however, it didn’t look like anything was being refreshed. So if you got there later in the morning, it was slim pickings. The hotel is close to several dash food places, restaurants, and a Walgreens across the street. The entrance to the hotel is odd because if you are coming from the highway, you have to drive past the hotel, do a u turn, then go back the other way. There is only that entrance/exit. Overall, not worth the amount of money we paid, but it was still enough for my family to sleep while we were visiting.

We had an accessible room, but there were no bench’s in shower or place to put soap or anything. The room was very large and comfortable. Staff upon arrival was welcoming and very patient and knowledgeable. “ We arrived at 1:30 AM”We would definitely use this hotel again.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The biggest plus for us was a pool with usable temperatures! So many hotels are like ice water with chemical smells. This hotel had clean pool and hot tub water, no strong chemical smells, and the temperature was nice and comfortable for kids and adults. The hot tub was hot, but not too hot. Our bedroom was a king with full couch. The room was clean and comfortable. There was a refrigerator that was so helpful since we had leftovers from eating at the local restaurant, Dulce Margaritas. The breakfast options were also very good. Scrambled eggs, cheerios, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, and fruit were great for gluten sensitive people. Make it your self strawberry and plain waffles were both available. They even offered chocolate chips which were yummy in the waffles. All that said, we were very please. 1. Large, clean rooms 2. Clean and temperature perfect pool and hot tub 3. Delicious breakfast options for people with diet restrictions Staff was all really friendly as well :)

On the first night, getting off the elevator on the 2nd floor, was greet with a pile of dirty and possibly bloody sheets and towels piled in front of a room door across from the elevator. This pile was still there the next morning. The second day, returning to the hotel, there were two trash bags sitting by the door, assuming they contained the sheets and towels. The third morning again another pile of dirty sheets and towels along with some empty boxes from toys and other things. Disgusting display.

Bed was comfortable and employees were nice. Room needs some repairs(bath tub faucet is coming off the wall). Employees who take care of the breakfast needs to pay attention to expiration dates(see photo). Also heard kids screaming from other rooms on floor. Spa needs new paint and both spa and pool needs to be cleaned.

Not satisfied for when I paid.
It was ok, until we went to the pool, it was dirty, and there were several kids jumping in the pool, which they are not suppose to do. When we walked in there was a table where there was a bottle of wine and it was glass. The hot tub was disgusting, water was brown and around the rim looked like black mold. I wish I had taken pictures but I did not want people to see the pool or hot tub.My kids want to go some where else this Christmas.

We were there for our cousin's Navy graduation and this place was one of the best options. It offers free shuttle bus back and forth to the ceremony which was perfect since we weren't familiar with the area. Our driver was super friendly and helpful. Super clean and quiet place. Staffs are friendly and very attentive. This is is separate from the busy main street which we love, also very close to convenient stores, Starbucks and other restaurants. Extremely happy with our stay!

Newly renovated, looked nice. There were some small problems in our room. Weak water pressure in the shower. Broken nightstand handle. I was not a big fan of the pillows , but I slept well. All minor, but you asked. Overall a good stay.

We had a hard time finding the location - entrance is not well lit and difficult to find at night because it can only be entered in from main road in one location with all turns blocked by medians. Check in and front desk staff were fantastic! The hot tub needs cleaned and the wall around the hot tub cleaned/painted, but otherwise the pool facility was nice. Breakfast was great, if too many tables in the space making it impossible to walk in between tables. Room was spacious and beds were comfy. Shower made a horrible high pitching noise. Overall - perfectly fine place to stay. Thank you!

The staff was extremely friendly!!! Our room was very clean and nice. The pool area could use a little updating but it was still nice and clean. The breakfast was pretty good in comparison to some other hotels! The eggs were fresh and NOT runny and the sausage was tasty too! The hotel is only like 12 min from Gurnee Mills Mall and a fraction of the price of the ones right there around the mall. Found a few good places to eat that were within a few minutes of the hotel that were delicious (Emils on Center & JoJos on 45).
