“Great choice for Chicago.”

Check in staff polite and friendly. Regular size rooms, despite what the photos indicate, done in very nice contemporary styling. Very clean. Well situated, meaning walking distance, to many major sites, restaurants, shopping.

“Great hotel!”

In the heart of downtown! Great location for shopping and dining! Our stay was wonderful until we tried to get out of the parking ramp. We had paid for the "parking package" with our hotel room and when we checked in the front desk employee took our parking ticket and said that she validated it for in/out privileges for 24 hours. Less than 18 hours later when we attempted to leave the parking ramp, the machine was requiring us to pay the parking charge again. The cars behind us were not at all happy to have to wait for us to get the situation rectified (there is no attendant at the exit). After a ramp official came out to our car, he allowed us to leave without having to pay again. Just something to be aware of if you stay and include the parking package.

The hotel was superior and I rated it a 4 instead of a 5 only so I could distinguish the level of service from the physical conditions of thee hotel. A great place to stay!!

“Great Stay!”

great stay and location was excellent for the mile. The staff was very courteous and helpful for anything needed. The room was very clean and large! The cleaning staff was prompt and did a great job as well. The bathroom was gigantic and had a bath tub and separate shower. Hotel's restaurant was expensive and there are too many excellent places to eat too close by. Joe's Stone Crab(steak and seafood) and Volare( Italian) and within walking distance. Excellent stay overall

“First class all the way”

The room was very comfortable, nice & pleasing in all respects. We ate in the dining room & the food was delicious & the service wonderful. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

“Very comfortable.”

Great access to shopping. Very comfortable room. Loved the Big Screen TV. Watch mini-bar: sensors detect anything that is taken out. We took a cola out of the cold section to store some dinner leftovers overnight, and were surprised to find a bill under our door in the morning! Thermostat was a little hard to get correct setting. Room service was good although pricey.

“One night stay”

Our stay at the Conrad was very nice. Our view wasn't spectacular (nothing to look at, but an office building), but we didn't stay there for the view. The valet service was quick and convenient, but a little pricey. Everyone was very nice and accomodating. The room was nice, and perfect for a mid-day nap!!! The room got pitch black in the middle of the afternoon. The bed was very comfortable, and the free pillow service was a good touch. Be advised that everything extra (movies, wet bar, minibar, ect.) are extremely overpriced, but it is Chicago. Overall we were very happy with our stay, and would recommend the Conrad Chicago.

“Lovely”

Great experience -- very friendly front desk with no snobbishness, beautiful room that was very large by Chicago standards, everything spotless and fresh-smelling. We ordered the free special scented pillows which were delivered to our door -- lovely touch! Very comfortable beds. Would definitely stay here again.

“Great Spot”

We stay in Chicago every December to do a little Christmas shopping. This year, we chose Conrad and there were no regrets. EVERYONE was wonderful, accomodating and friendly. The hotel was clean, comfortable and conveniently located. You must check this hotel out, you will not be disappointed.
