“I Loved the Conrad!!”

The Conrad was a beautiful hotel with many great qualities. The people that work there seem to really enjoy their jobs. I truly had a great experience there and would recommend anyone to the Conrad Chicago.

Conrad hotel is located in the best part of town... attached to a mall on Michigan Ave. The rooms were the cleanest I have ever seen in my travels. There is even a coffee and tea setup in the bar area for your morning pick me up. We stopped there each day before heading out on the town or to see the Cubs win!!! I would highly recommend staying at the Conrad!

“LUXURY STANDARD HOTEL, GREAT LOCATION”

I stayed at the Conrad for two nights - 24/25 May - having returned to Chicago following a 6,000 mile AMTRAK journey across the US. On these dates the Conrad had better rates than my earlier hotel, and I was not disappointed with my choice. I was traveling solo but there was no skimping with my accommodation which was in a huge room and quite luxurious. The only (very) minor carp was the absence of a coffee making machine, but that is a small point given the standard of everything else, including the bath robes and slippers if you wanted to use them. Everything about this hotel is 'top notch' and the check-in desk staff very helpful. The hotel is in a super downtown location close to the Magnificent Mile, the River Walk , theater district etc and around a twenty minute walk to the Navy Pier which is well worth a visit. Plus, if you are a jazz/blues fan, the wonderful Jazz Record Mart is just round the corner! Highly recommended, this hotel is as near to 'perfect' as I've come, and at a very good price. Check it out!

“Conrad the perfect choice.”

The Conrad is close to everything on Michigan Ave as well as just about everything else in the loop area of Chicago.The rooms are nice size with upgraded comforts as well as a very helpful staff. We were able to walk to just about everything in the area and felt safe. The only negative was the valet parking was expensive at $51.00 per nite. I would return to the Conrad but may explore other options on parking.

Loved the room, and wonderful bath. High quality linens and pillows. Great view of the city. Bar kind of quiet. Excellent service.

“Very nice hotel close to everything”

Very nice modern hotel. I was very impressed with the fresh flowers in the lobby and the nice rooftop bar. Although we did not eat at the hotel restaurant, it looked to be very nice. We did order room service and found it to be very quick and the food tasty. The room was satisfactory with a very comfortable bed and large flat screen TV. The bathroom was very clean and roomy with a tub, shower, and separate toilet. The hotel is located conveniently downtown close to michigan avenue. We actually ended up walking everywhere. Overall, a great stay.

Everything was top notch...complimentary bottled water, early check in, late check out...everything was great.

Hotel was very clean and our room was very nice. Big flat screen TV, huge bathroom with tub and separate shower. Remote radio. It was one of the nicest rooms I have stayed in. The room made you feel like you were among the elite. It was located in a spot where there was tons to do in any direction you went. Next time I am in Chicago, I will stay here no matter the price.
