“Country Inn & Suite”

Had a minor issue with internet services, but the room I stayed in had a Jacuzzi tub, and fireplace. Pretty unexpected considering the cost of the room. So Definitely get the King Suite if you go!

“Great Stay”

This was one of the best business stays I have had, Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast and Evening Hospitality offerings were great. Very comfortable room.

“Disappointed”

The location is great if you plan to visit Woodfield Mall but the front desk service, with the exception of 1 employee, was poor. Fitness facilities were very limited, elliptical was broken, and excluded children. I was traveling with my 7-year old so this was difficult. Pool and spa were also very small. Nice breakfast assortment each morning and the maid service was good. Next time, I will find a nicer hotel!

“Nothing Suite about that !”

offered as a suite hotel but in fact a regular hotel room with a chair stuffed between the bed and window and closet cut in half to place a dorm sized microwave on top of a dorm sized refirg. nothing suite about that!

“Fantastic Hotel and Staff !”

From checking in to checking out this was a great experience, the staff was incredible, the Managers meet and greet was fantastic, very neat and clean rooms, and the breakfast was all anyone could ask for., Highly recommend this hotel.

“Great place to stay for the money.”

My only negative comment about this hotel is concerning the mattress in my room. It wasn't very comfortable. Other than that, this hotel was a very nice place to stay and I would consider doing so again. The breakfast was very good.

“Satisfied our needs”

My husband & I had a great night's sleep in our Q sz beds....with soft pillows and comfy sheets. Our bathroom was extremely clean and the shower's water pressure was a delight! We enjoyed our tasty hot breakfast and good coffee. I applaude the female attendant...who kept a steady supply of food and other items, at the ready, for everyone's needs. An enjoyable stay all around! The pool looked inviting, but we did not bring our swimsuits. Even the elevator was quick. We lucked out by staying at the Country Inn & Suites by Carlson Schaumburg!

Area recommendations

We have very close friends in the area, so I would always recommend Schaumburg, IL because it has a large, local shopping center, a variety of restaurants, hotels & motels and is close to freeways and possibly 25 min from O'Hare International Airport...in an area that is appealing to all ages.
