Good location; room needed attention.

Pros: Location and pet policy - allowed pets.
Cons: Staff attention to breakfast area - keeping items stocked for guests. Also, room (bathroom in particular) could use some improvements and updates.
Location: Location is fairly near major thoroughfare and within 15-20 minutes of outlet mall.
Bathroom floor tiles cracked all the way across shower area. At breakfast there were no biscuits; the eggs were overcooked (rubbery); no tea bags for regular tea. Staff did allow for a late checkout though. Did not receive a receipt upon checkout. For the rate we paid I was expecting much nicer room, and much nicer breakfast.

Easy access from interstate. Lots of restaurants nearby. Friendly front desk people. Different breakfast menu each morning. Nice to have breakfast included. Nice amenities . Will be my go to hotel now when on Naperville area.

Our second stay and I will return. We visit family several times a year and this hotel is by far the best in every way, so far!

Location: The hotel was about 15 to 20 minutes away. Which is as close as any others to what we where there for.
The hotel had nice rooms, clean, staff was really good. Also had a nice breakfast.

Pros: Evertthing
Cons: Not much
Location: Close to shopping.
Very nice place to stay. Very clean & good staff. Free breakfast very nice. Best cookies all day long. We will be staying there again soon.

Cons: The bottled water in the room that would seem to be complimentary was actually $2.00/bottle. Not funny.
It was great. The breakfast was really good too. I was not impressed by the bottled water in our room that cost $2.00 per bottle and tasted like tap water. It was REALLY hard to tell that it WAS NOT COMPLIMENTARY. I was truly unimpressed, and really felt tricked. Otherwise it was a great stay.

had to walk all the way around the building with ,my luggage because my room cards didnt let me in the back door. The room was stuffy and would not cool down using the thermostat. they put 2 fans in my room. i had to troubleshoot why the tv would not work. The housekeeping did a fine job as i stayed 2 nites, thanks The Breakfast was 5 star thanks

Comfort with great breakfast

Very nice other than being waken by the elevator maintenance people. The hotel is very nice, clean. breakfast was awesome ! Comfortable beds...complimentary hot chocolate and cookies when we checked in and out.
