Nice hotel & staff

Posted May 22, 2015
We stayed here for the weekend for a wedding, Very clean hotel, super nice staff, they allowed us to use the breakfast buffet area for our mini get together dinner with other relatives staying in same hotel. There were 5 families that booked rooms in this hotel . That was awesome of them to let us use the facility,😊

Nice hotel located south of the airport.

Posted May 19, 2015
Pros: Location Price
Location: South of the aiport (10 min drive) Driving to downtown takes about 30-40 minutes without traffic but during rush can take up to an hour and a half.
We stayed a week at the hotel during a conference in the city. It's located just south of the airport (10 min drive) and has a quick access to the interstate. Though if you need to be in the city you might want a hotel that is closer as traffic in Chicago can get a bit awful. The hotel was nice and clean there is breakfast available for those interested. The pool was a big plus as we could relax after a busy day at the conference. There's also a small room for exercise. We had a 2 Queen room and asked for the possibility of adding a 3rd roll-away bed. Normally only the King Suite rooms have these beds but we were able to rent the bed which was great. The staff at the hotel was very nice and helpful when we needed them.

Nice hotel.

Nice hotel in quite spot. Not many restaurants or things to do close by. Airport shuttle only runs on the hour.

Breakfast on paper plates

Posted May 13, 2015
Pros: The staff were friendly
Cons: Knock it down and start again
This place needs a lot of renovation. The pool is tiny and not very clean. The gym equipment was last seen in 'Flashdance' and the breakfast, which included powdered scrambled eggs and do it yourself waffles (admittedly quite nice) was self service on PAPER PLATES. The coffee cups were paper also. This place was billed as a family hotel, does that mean they don't trust kids with crockery or cutlery? And it doesn't have bar - every stressed parent I know enjoys a beer or a glass of wine at the end of a hard day so I've no idea why there is no bar.

Business trip in Chicago

Posted May 8, 2015
Pros: Friendly staff, free breakfast, great price.
Cons: Bigger TV in the room.
Location: Set more in the suburbs, but you need to check out 2 places to eat. Yorky's and Rainbow Restaurant. Best chicken EVER at Yorky's.
Business in Chicago, but all hotels booked or way too expensive downtown. Country In & Suites was a great alternative. Traffic to downtown was tough, I rented a car. But clearly offset the ridiculous downtown Chicago hotel prices. Very friendly staff, free breakfast, some places to eat and shop nearby.

late night shuttle service

Posted Apr 30, 2015
Pros: hotel was clean , quiet and the morning breakfast was very good.
Cons: everything went so smoothly I can not think of anything to improve.
Location: we were looking for an Appleby's and found one just 10 min. for the hotel.
the late night shuttle service was great. we were meeting our son at 11:58 pm returning from Australia. they took us to the airport to meet him and then returned to pick us up and return us to the hotel at 1:oo am. The drive was friendly and helpful. would stay there again !!!!!!!!!

Lost flight by custom officor. Ordered randomly.took 10 minutes to wait for shuttle bus, that is Prius. It looks a little bit far away airport. They have some restaurant menu, the latest hour is 11pm. I have to have some snack. the breakfast is not good. Anyway, I still recommend it.

Todo bien solo un poco difícil su acceso, y el desayuno no es muy bueno.
