“Really pleased..”

Excellent value for money. Huge clean and comfortable room, friendly staff, indoor heated pool and hot tub, decent breakfast, shuttle to the airport, and located next to the Interstate / motorway. There was complimentary wi-fi, a comfortable desk and an office chair in my room. Best of all, the staff members (I interacted with three over four days) were very polite, helpful, and cheerful. One of the best hotels I have stayed at, at such a low price.

“So happy I booked it”

I stayed on new years eve and the room was so large and had two massive beds and a bath tub that is really deep and large. I slept in and the staff was so nice and offered to boil me an egg and made me a bowl of serial, opened up the packaged muffins, and yogurts for me and the was many hours past when breakfast cut off was. Very friendly staff and very cleaand an amazing deal for the price. If you want large comfortable and friendly near airport with shuttle for a very good price, then stay here

“I stay here whenever I can”

This is my favorite hotel in Chicago. I have paid a lot more for a hotel, and then there is no free internet and no breakfast included, and no pool or exercise room. This place has all of those things, and it is close to the airport and all my customers. And they have hot cookies every night. Nice touch.

“Recommended”

Clean and nice place, nice (but small) swimming pool. Recommended. I had to get up very early to get to the airport, and got only a cup of tea and two cookies as breakfast…they had lovely variety of herbal tea, though. Try to arrange that in advance if you are waking up vary early. The shuttle was on time, the service was pleasant.

“Hiccup with the free shuttle, but the desk clerk made up for it”

There was a little hiccup with the free shuttle, which made it take a long time to get to the hotel, but the desk clerk was very kind and considerate. She aske us if we'd let the hotel buy us dinner on them and she did.

“Friendly social atmosphere”

Although my trip was primarily for business, this is a very family-friendly hotel providing amentities for both business and pleasure. The general atmosphere encourages social interaction with fellow hotel guests unlike other hotels I have stayed at where people pretty much lock themselves in their rooms. The game boards, extensive library and lobby layout may be contributing factors to this social interactiveness.

“Very pleasant stay”

A great stay at a very good rate. This was our first visit to Chicago and we didn't want to pay the rates at the downtown hotels. We found this hotel that offered a complimentary shuttle to the airport and from there we took the subway (blue line) to downtown. If you don't mind taking public transportation, this is quite a good option. And the public transportation system in Chicago is amazing. The blue line runs every day 24 hs a day... the trip from O'Hare Intl. airport to downtown is about 40 minutes... One night we came back from downtown and because for some reason the shuttle was not available, the concierge sent us a taxi and they paid for it. Small detail that makes a very good impression. The room was super clean with a great view to a golf court. The bathroom very clean too with very good daily room service. The hotel offers a very decent and complimentary continental breakfast. The indoor pool and whirlpool felt great after a full day walking the city. Reception people, drivers, etc they are all kind and respectful. I don't always write reviews but this time I took the time to put a few good lines for this people.
