“Excellent value, comfortable and clean”

The hotel was very nice for the price. The pool, fitness center and computer were all easily accessible and convenient. The cookies were very good and the breakfast was perfect. The shuttle service was invaluable and the drivers are helpful and courteous and will go out of their way to get you to any local destination. I had a very pleasant stay and would gladly return.

“Good Hotel close to the airport”

This was easy to find coming from the south on my back to the airport. Very close to the airport, clean, quiet, well run. Even had a fitness room and a spa. Wish I had my gear to use it. The breakfast looked good but I did not have time to stop but the apple I grabbed was fresh and firm. I would stay here again.

The amenities were more than adequate given the price and the staff elevated the overall experience to one of a high level of satisfaction by doing the little things to show they valued my patronage. The immediate neighborhood was also an asset, with a good variety of moderately-priced local restaraunts in easy walking distance. If you are looking for a good value near enough to O'Hare to have free shuttle service, this is a solid choice.

“Really Good Hotel”

I staid with my family (wife, sons 11 & 14)and it was excellent. We use the Hotel in order to sleep, because we were visiting museums and theater in Chicago and it was wonderful. Good temperature (outside was at -10 F). Its nearly Ohare and wonderful Mall to. I really recomend this.

We stayed for couple of nights as there was remodeling going in our house. Room was clean and very comfortable. Front desk was very responsive. They also offer free shuttle service and dropped me at Mount Prospect Metra to go to downtown. Very convenient. Breakfast is okay. The pool was good and my son enjoyed it. They also have whirlpool. Very reasonable price with 33% off discount going on with expedia.

“All around best for the money”

I was looking for a place that had shuttle, pool, and decent breakfast. We got all that for a low price and I was impressed. The beds were the comfiest and that was a bonus. We had no idea of what we were getting just hoped everyone was saying the truth in the reviews. Not at all familiar with Chicago. So if your in the same boat believe me you won't be disappointed. The only thing it didn't have was a microwave and little fridge. It really wasn't needed and I think they have a microwave in the breakfast area you probably could use.

The people there are very friendly and willing to help out with whatever we needed. Rooms are clean and beds are very comfortable--I usually do not sleep well when away from home. I have used this company before and after two successful stays plan to use them whenever possible when I travel.
