Great Experience

Pros: The staff they treated me my wife and daughter great.
Cons: Put a quarter machine in the laundry room and get a better breakfast selection.
Location: Its close to the mall and expressway. Shopping and food all around.
I stayed here for 2 weeks - staff is very helpful and polite. The room was fairly prices - Its close to everything you need and just 25 minutes from downtown. The one negative was it cost me like $8 to make a 3 minute call from the room so bring your cellphone. This hotel is great for families visiting the city.

Pros: How quiet the rooms were. GREAT breakfast.
Cons: Elevator service
It was fine for what I needed it for. Was in town for my dads 80th birthday - was at same hotel 12 years ago for his retirement - so am a repeat customer.

Overnight in Matteson

Pros: Room was clean and what you would expect from a Country Inn. Breakfast was excellent as usual.
Cons: There was never anyone at the front desk, bell ringing seemed to be the norm, perhaps do some work up front rather than in the back somewhere.
Country Inn & Suites generally means welcome home to your home away from home....this one was just off the mark. The young lady who was the desk clerk was less than friendly...got the job done but that was it.

Hotel manager Andy, charged with an unexpected additional fees. I had to call Hotel.com to get the situation solved. Once entering my room, I found lady bugs in the window, on window curtins, on bath room floor and on my makeup bag. No prevented slip proof bath tub and no plastic back on shower curtin. Once these things are corrected, I would love to go back for a stay at this hotel. I like the location and the free breakfast that comes with the room.

Everything was great except for not having a pool. I picked this hotel because of the pool, free wifi & continental breakfast. My kids were very disappointed that they couldn't swim. However, the staff were great, breakfast was delicious & beds were very comfortable. I will definitely stay here again.

I had geat stay the room was great only Problems was ramdon sock on the floor for some one and the the manger wasnt the friendly abd thr braskfast bar sucks

Hotel under renovation. Have stayed in others from this chain and had a much more comfortable experience. Will try another hotel on next trip.

The hotel is undergoing renovations, so there were some places which were not looking great. Once the renovations are done, this place will be very nice to stay. My room was a nice suite, though poorly lit.
