Great Experience

Pros: The staff they treated me my wife and daughter great.
Cons: Put a quarter machine in the laundry room and get a better breakfast selection.
Location: Its close to the mall and expressway. Shopping and food all around.
I stayed here for 2 weeks - staff is very helpful and polite. The room was fairly prices - Its close to everything you need and just 25 minutes from downtown. The one negative was it cost me like $8 to make a 3 minute call from the room so bring your cellphone. This hotel is great for families visiting the city.

Pros: How quiet the rooms were. GREAT breakfast.
Cons: Elevator service
It was fine for what I needed it for. Was in town for my dads 80th birthday - was at same hotel 12 years ago for his retirement - so am a repeat customer.

Pros: Room was clean and what you would expect from a Country Inn. Breakfast was excellent as usual.
Cons: There was never anyone at the front desk, bell ringing seemed to be the norm, perhaps do some work up front rather than in the back somewhere.
Country Inn & Suites generally means welcome home to your home away from home....this one was just off the mark. The young lady who was the desk clerk was less than friendly...got the job done but that was it.

The hotel is undergoing renovations, so there were some places which were not looking great. Once the renovations are done, this place will be very nice to stay. My room was a nice suite, though poorly lit.

hotel renovation

I could get over the hotel being under renovation, its normally a good thing, however they had way too much going on which made evertying in the facility useless. it also smelled of paint, glue, and cholrine. the biggest problem for me was the room. the sofa sleeper had no cushions and there was a roll out cot next to which made watching TV at the desk nearly impossible on the 20 tube TV. the temperature control was in desk area and the AC unit was in the bedroom which made controlling temperature a chore. the bathroom had hair on the floor and there were hairs on the first towel I grabbed. NOT a clean place.

Had probs with this hotel and its room.

Pros: the friendlyness of the staff
Cons: communications between management and staff.
Location: very good location
Frist night bed was not mad, had to talk to staff about it they assured us that it with be take care of. we ask for extra towels and that did not happen. they told me i can simm in the pool but there was construction going on in that part of the hotel. Needles to say this was not a good hotel. I will never stay there again. I know that the staff is working hard to make it a good hotel.

Wonderful staff

The staff was wonderful. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We checked in late at night and were greeted with smiles and friendly hellos. The air conditioning in our room wasn't working, so were given a different room, no hassle at all. We were there for a concert and the desk staff was extremely helpful with tips about the venue and even cab recommendations. The staff even greeted us when we got back late from the concert, asking if we had a good time. We woke up too late for breakfast but the staff told us about various places to eat very close to the hotel (some within walking distance). The bed was comfortable. There was a stain on the carpet, but the room was otherwise clean. The pool was nice, but the hot tub was out of order due to the renovations. The workers doing work on the outside of the building seemed to keep it as quiet as possible. Would probably stay here the next time we go to a concert.
