“great hotel for the family”

Everything was clean and comfortable. The staff was absolutely wonderful! They were always there to help and were very friendly. The front desk always took the time to help give advice on where to go, what to eat and how to get there. They felt like family:)

This hotel was a great location and the room was clearn and comfortable. The staff was nice and the doormen were exceptionally courteous. Wil definitely stay here again.

The hotel is perfectly positioned for all your downtown needs. The noise of the traffic (ie: sirens) was a bit of a bother but you would experience that any place downtown.

The people working the front desk were awesome in both helping with hotel related questions and for advice about the city. I found them to be great to work with! The room was nice and clean. Our room was on the back side so our view wasn't the best but that is my biggest complaint so overall it was a very good experience.

My Courtyard experience was outstanding. I was in town for business meetings and from the moment I checked in to the moment I left the staff did a great job of making me feel at home. The room was nice and the location made getting around extremely easy. I will definitely consider staying here again even if I'm coming to Chicago for pleasure.

“Convenient to everything”

We were able to walk to many attractions and restaurants, took public transportation to others, short taxi ride to the train station...perfect for a tourist. The only complaint I would have is that breakfast at the hotel was pretty expensive, so we went elsewhere. Many other spots close by.
