“Very Impressive!!”

The hotel staff was awesome!!! So very polite and accommodating! I would definately recommend this hotel to anyone and would stay there again. It was a great location. I can't think of anything I was unhappy with - it was a great stay!

“Excellent stay!”

The new beds coupled with the ambiance of the room made for an awesome stay! The big television didn't hurt either! The internet connection was very easy to get and I was able maintain a VPN connection to my office with no problems.

“Great Holiday Shopping”

My sister and I were in town to shop and dine. The hotel staff was more than helpful and friendly. I had only one small issue with the temperature control of our room. It seemed warm and we had to adjust the room temperature to 64 degrees before it felt comfortable. The beds were extremely comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud! This hotel is in a great location, close to many major attractions and of course shopping.

“Convenient and comfy”

My family has stayed twice at this Courtyard Mariott and would happily stay again. The staff was pleasant and helpful, and the beds are the most comfortable I've ever encountered in a hotel. One of this hotel's best features is its location. Several attractions are within walking distance, and a train stop is just around the corner.

New Years was a great time!!! The 24-lounge in the Hotel was awesome. Texas hold'em well into the new year....

Besides the location, this hotel has everything you need at a great price. Service from the staff is excellent. The only downside is the street noise, but, hey, it's downtown Chicago! It's a busy place.

“Most Comfortable Stay”

We almost didn't leave our room. The room was cozy, amenities were complete, front desk and housekeeping staff were very pleasant, and the bed was "to die for" - - so fluffy with extra pillows - making the stay the most comfortable ever. The State Street Restaurant was also complete with a breakfast buffet and the friendly staff were very accomodating as folks jumped from table to table. (Go figure!) This hotel is in the mist of everything near the magnificent mile. And, although there was construction in areas near the hotel and traffic was all over, choices for restaurants and things to do were endless. We will definitely recommend this hotel to all of our friends and family.

Nice, clean and a Starbucks in the lobby. Close to lots of downtown attractions.
