“Great Hotel!!!!”

A very, very good hotel and a decent, fair price to boot. On a cross country vacation from seattle to Boston and back we liked this hotel the best. So much so, that we booked it for our return trip after staying there on the outbound leg. Great location 1/2 block off the Magnificent Mile. Good rooms and the staff were first rate.

Great location and great service. Only had one problem, front desk gave us directions to take the Red-line to Wrigley and the Red-line was shut down at most stations....ended up sharing a taxi with a local couple who were very friendly so it worked out

Convenient to Magnificent Mile and downtown hospitals. Fun, friendly, professional staff. My room was spotless and comfortable. I'll be back!

“Just fine”

There's an Armenian restaurant nearby that we like a lot. The hotel is comfortable and clean, and the staff were helpful. It's close to Michigan Avenue and shopping, to the Museum of Contemporary Art, and not far from the Navy Pier. The room was large, free wifi worked well, and I never had to adjust the temperature, because it was comfortable all the time.

Great Place to Stay! Staff were attentive and helpful, Room was just right, Bed was comfortable. Nothing Negative to mention, and I have travelled a fair amount. Would Highly Recommend! Thanks.

“A Real Treat!”

The facility, location, staff, etc., etc., were all great! Other than not offering it all for free, I couldn't find a thing to complain about. The attached restaraunt, Viand, is a gem. Nothing even close to "hotel coffee shop" here. The menu and preparation were all amazingly creative. We ate there on multiple occasions. I will only offer a tip to those who like (or need...) to see daylight in the morning, don't accept the 10th floor inside. Great view of the pool, but not much scenery....

“Perfect Location”

Nice walk to Financial district where most of my meetings are held. Of course you can still hear a lot from the street, but not as much as when I stayed directly on Michigan Ave.

“Great location, friendly and helpful staff”

This was my first business trip after I had my first baby. The staff was so helpful when I had to freeze breastmilk and ship it via fedex. They stored it in a freezer for me and provided a fridge for me in my room. I was extremely impressed.

“Great Hotel!”

This hotel's location in comparison to shopping on Michigan Avenue was perfect!!! The staff was incredibly kind and very helpful when called upon. However, if you take a car with you, DO NOT take it out of the parking garage because it starts your 24 hour pay period all over again and makes you pay for the first period.
