June Courtyard StayPosted Jun 22, 2015
Pros: Comfortable, amenities.
Cons: If you want us to prevent waste and promote saving the environment, do the same in research
Location: I don't know
The towels in the shower area smelled musty. The shower head, although new, was very difficult to manage and shoots water all over. I am 5'2" and the height setting was very hard to reach. The line would move, leading to water waste and time waste.

Triathlon Sleep nightmarePosted Jun 15, 2015
Pros: The lobby area, the little dining/bar area.
Cons: Please see above
Location: The location is central to everything Naperville has to offer and is within walking distance to a lot of locations, i.e. shopping, restaurants, etc.
Everything about this hotel was stellar, except for the ventilation in the room. My daughter and I were in Naperville's Esprit de She yesterday, and sleep, for us - the night before was critical. We had a thermostat in our room that we constantly had dialed down to the lowest temperature for comfort level in the extreme humidity plus just to have a white noise, allowing us a sweet slumber. However, no matter what - the unit had a mind of its own and only came on roughly once every two hours, for about 7-10 minutes tops. We got MAYBE 2 hours sleep and woke up dripping sweat all night long. Not sure what the solution to this would be - but aside from this problem (and in our case it was pretty significant) it is a very pretty, clean hotel with a very helpful and accommodating staff. One more thing...........once I got home I realized that there was a $40 debit to my bank account for potential incidentals, of which we had none. We were not told about this beforehand, and my bank account is used only for extras and kept within dollars of a zero balance to keep it active. This could have really been detrimental if I'd not checked my account and deposited a few extra bucks. I don't care for this practice. I am accustomed to presenting my debit card at check in, but I've never incurred charges for 'just in case'.

It had a nice courtyard and a nice bistro right in the lobby. We enjoyed our stay.

Nice hotel.Posted Apr 6, 2015 on Hotels
Nice hotel. TV was in a strange location. Had to lie sideways at awkward angle to watch in bed.

Nice hotel in downtown NapervillePosted Mar 22, 2015
Pros: Easy access.
Cons: Only one elevator in the building and it was completely across the campus from our room.
Location: Code to downtown, within walking distance to food and fun.
Close to our visit destination. Lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Very clean and comfortable.

Nice Hotel next to iFly Chicago NapervillePosted Mar 2, 2015
Pros: Close to all attractions that I was in Naperville for.
Cons: If the neighbors would have been quieter
Location: All the restaurants are excellent. Also extremely close and affordable if you plan on attending a competition or camp at iFly Chicago Naperville
The walls were a little thin, but other than that...the room was clean and staff was very friendly. The surrounding area has a TON of great restaurants and the location is perfect. Was only 2 minutes away from the wind tunnel.
