I liked very much this hotel, very well located, everyone was very helpful. The only inconvencience was not having the coffee shop opened

me gusta Courtyyard Marriot y toda la cadena Marriot, el único defecto es que no incluye desayuno aunque sea café de cortesía, y pusieron Starbucks por negocio. lo cual esta bien... pero y el Café?

The elevator feels unstable, the pool is much smaller in reality (looked bigger in the picture), no hot tub, needed extra sheets but had to go down to get them myself, the sofa bed was terribly uncomfortable and disgustingly stained.

We love this Courtyard because of the price and location. I do think the rooms could use some updating, but the building itself is nice and clean. I will say this passed time we stayed, our room smelled strong of cat pee and there was no removing the smell. Felt like the specific room we were in, could have definitely been cleaner and could use a deep clean. I notified the front desk of the smell as well. I felt like the smell was on me when we left the room and cat per is the worst smell ever.

Highly recommended
Hotel very nice. Beds so comfortable and everything was clean! In the room and out! I would like to thank Andrea at the front desk for being welcoming, nice and polite. That is one thing I love to experience when traveling. We have put this Courtyard on our must stay list!

Service was good and it was clean, but didn't like limited towels in bathroom, no bathroom trash can, no towels in the pool area, no hot tub, no hair dryer in room, no microwave in room, heater was off- blew cold air so had to have temp up to 85 to create warmth.

The property is very nice and the price was super reasonable. Only complaint I would have is there was no outlet cover on the wall. If I had children I would not have wanted to stay in this room. Other than that everything was great!! Staff is awesome.

Excellent hotel! Clean, updated and very friendly staff Claudia went out of her way to make us feel welcome and accommodated us in our every need We had four other family members also staying at the hotel and all of us had a great experience Would highly recommend and will definitely be back Thanks again to Claudia for making our three day stay so enjoyable!

Great location for our needs. Woodfield mall, lots of restaurants, 10 min from Medieval Times, easy on/off expressway. Room was nice, pool was small but adequate for the kids.

My only disappointment was I was unable get free coffee in the morning for my travel mug. I may have misunderstood the breakfast situation, however. The room, the front desk were all top notch!

The staff was exceedingly friendly and professional. Everyone that we encountered took pride in their work and was dedicated to providing an outstanding experience for us. Especially the front desk and restaurant staff.

Check-in was quick and easy. Hotel room was very clean. Staff was very accommodating. My wife and I Anniversary was the day of our stay and a staff member brought us a bottle of champagne, with wine glasses and a note saying Happy Anniversary which we really appreciated. We will definitely be staying here again the next we are in Schamburg.
