Great stay

Pros: Very clean
Cons: Do something about the doors slamming...and the lack of food nearby.
I enjoyed it, nothing to complain about. The hotel was very clean.

Staff was very nice. The room was very clean, beds and pillows were very comfortable; however, there was something wrong with the toilette since it kept making too much noise during the night. Could hear the neighbors since the walls were very thin and windows are not well insulated so you could hear the planes flying by. I did not sleep well.

Please accept our apologies for your disturbed sleep. Our Engineer has addressed the toilet issue for correction. At times there may be some noise difficulty due to overhead airplanes that we unfortunately cannot control at this point.

Nice hotel, quiet neighborhood

Staff was nice and check in was fast and simple. Room looked like it was recently remodeled. Verry clean and beds were comfortable. Great deal for the price.

Ok hotel, rude staff

We came for one night for a show at the all-state arena. There was storms in the area so o'hare cancelled several fights and our hotel filled up quick. There was only one person working the desk and he was very very overwhelmed, checking people in and out, answering outside calls and guest's calls. I never did get to the desk to ask my questions. After the show, we called the hotel to ask for a decent priced cab company and the lady at the front desk couldn't give me any information. We found our own cab and when we arrived at the hotel we asked for a restroom location in the lobby and the same lady pointed across the lobby without even looking up. We then overheard her discussing get disgust with her job and the hotel...very disturbing for guests to hear! When I reported this the next day when I checked out, the staff member rolled his eyes and shook his head at us. Cleanliness was acceptable, but other than that I wouldn't stay here again.

We stayed here after a concert at Allstate Arena! The location was great! The courtyard was beautiful!

Nice hotel near OHare

Hotel is decent, rooms are good, we had a good time. But the breakfast was quite sad. My booking included breakfast, but at the Hotel, they said it wasn't so. I had to call up expedia and confirm it to the hotel that my booking had breakfast included. Only then did they accept it. They don't have a buffet breakfast, but there was only one lady serving everyone, and there was a huge queue of people. It was highly inefficient, and they didn't have enough people to serve. They also ran out of steel spoons and knives, and gave us plastic ones which sucked. Overall, decent hotel, but sad breakfast experience.

The hotel is extremely understaffed took almost 30 mins to check in. Do not pay extra for breakfast unless you have 2 hours to kill in the morning.

Chicago vacation

We were very pleased with our room, the staff and their efforts in helping us with directions to places we were visiting while staying there. They provided us with maps printed out each time we requested one and also provided us with a crib for my granddaughter. All staff was friendly and courteous and the courtyard is very nice also! !!

Spectacular for the price!

Pros: Spectacular Employees! Remodeled Rooms. Great AC. Flat Screen TV. Comfortable Beds. Pool, Hot Tub. Fridge
Cons: Throw a small microwave in the room, or note one can be requested. PLEASE unlock HDMI Inputs on the Televisions!
Location: Top Golf is about 1 mile away, this is SUPER Fun! Even if you're not a Pro Golfer. Stores, fast food, restaurants, gas stations, Bars.
This hotel was absolutely wonderful! The room we had was very nice, clean, comfortable and looked great for what we paid. When we arrived (like 12 am) the gentleman at the counter was SUPER nice, which I didn't expect at that time of the day. The rooms have their own balcony, which is awesome considering most of the ones I've stayed at bolt the doors shut even if they do have one. You can sit on the few chairs they give you which face a nice little courtyard. They provide a nice 25-30 inch Flat Screen TV on slide so you can pull the TV out when laying in bed. I was impressed with the AC in the room, it got so cold! Now this part is what makes this Hotel a SOLID recommendation. One of the nights I left my interior lights on, which killed my battery in the morning. I was late for the Comic Con and was in deep crap, Stan Lee was there! I asked the front desk gentleman who was able to have one of the employees get the jumpers out of the Courtesy Van and give me a jump! They were so kind, helpful and very nice about it! I couldn't have been more thankful to them for this! Book a room, you shouldn't be disappointed! Only con: HDMI Inputs cannot be accessed, believe me, I tried. They are locked out on the manufacturer level, not controlled by the attached box. Don't waste your time like I did unplugging it all, trying 00 on the remote, I did it all. The only option I seen is it still had the VGA Available as a selection, I forgot my cable so I was unable to confirm this worked.
