Everything was above standard, service, room. Would refer anyone.

Comfortable, clean, roomy, relaxing. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

The night clerk was not very welcoming....we came in at 11:00 pm, but the rest of the hotel was fine. It was a good deal.

The bed is very comfortable and the room was quiet. The bathroom is clean enough, but needs updating. The check-in/checkout was efficient. It was a hassle-free good night's sleep.

“Well located!”

Friendly staff! Clean rooms. Close to many restaurants and shopping. Location provides easy train ride into Chicago. Ideal for my needs.

“Good experience except for a few glitches than are easily remedied.”

Except for lacking a little customer service, everything was fine at the hotel. We signed up for the breakfast to be included in the cost of our room for a nominal cost for two and that experience was wonderful, with a great buffet and excellent service. Also they were out of white wine in their cooler, which is uncalled for--when down to the last few bottles, more should be stocked! The hotel was clean and the room was comfortable.

“Begging for clean towels”

While the hotel desk staff were friendly, professional, and extremely helpful for some reason the cleaning staff skipped our room each of the 3 nights we stayed at this hotel. We didn't have the "do not disturb" sign on the door. It was so strange that in this beautifully appointed place: clean pool, nice lounge area, quiet in the room--the maids didn't do our room while we were out during the day. When we called, the front desk staff quickly came with towels and took out the trash. The apologized profusely, but this became the routine. Only once was the room properly clean--only because on the second night the front desk staff had a maid clean our room (after they brought us towels and removed the trash).

“Courtyard was supposted to be better”

I would expect a central heating and cooling control with a real thermostat. It had a Motel like window unit. We had to get up several times to change the heat to keep from alternative freezing and heating.
