Was not informed about construction in the hotel prior to arriving. Most floors were cordoned off and common spaces were quite dirty. The rooms themselves were clean and the staff was very courteous.

I knew there were non street facing rooms but when I asked for one I was denied. The street facing rooms were so noisy it was impossible to get a peaceful sleep. The entire building was dirty.

No TVS? I should get a refund our bathroom literally is covered in water I’m scared to even turn the shower on! The beds still had hair on them from the last person! Just sick all around 0 stars!!

Property is undergoing renovation. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast options are very basic ( no meat and bad coffee) and saw large flies around breakfast counter. Room was kind of darkish and seemed semi-clean.

Got to our room it feels very cramped with the way the furniture is placed. The tv doesn’t have cable or it wasn’t working so it was literally useless. The bed was firm and uncomfortable. The hotel is under construction so some of the elevators our out of service which means you have to walk all around the hotel to get to a working elevator. (If that’s what you want to call it, never trusted an elevator less.)

List: Televisions didn't work, dead bolt door lock didn't work, only one elevator and one ice machine worked in the 4 story complex, stayed 2 days only two paper cups in room for both days for two people, no maid service for second day had to use same cups, no meat for breakfast and coffee was cold on second day, had eggs but they were cold crumbs first day. There is probably more but this is enough.

If I only had 3 words for this review, they would be Out of Order. The ice machine was out of order. All of the tv service was out of order. One of the elevators was out of order, the coffee machine at breakfast was out of order. They're renovating which is needed because it's definitely run down and outdated...but if they're going to neglect everything else during the process as well as expect guests to ignore the construction, they shouldn't charge this much. The only employee I interacted with was very nice. That's the only good thing I can say about this stay.

-Room was very clean, bed was very comfortable -Very quiet, didn't hear much in the halls while staying here, slept well, didn't seem to be a lot of people staying here -Staff was very friendly and kind Cons -It is under construction so if you are looking for all the frills this isn't the place right now.. Would certainly stay here again as most important to me is a clean, quiet room.

We were not informed until we checked in the hotel was under construction. The TV’s in the entire building were not working. The pool and restaurant were closed due to construction. Only one elevator was in use. Someone was smoking pot in that elevator and around the hotel all weekend, the room next to me had a dog that was barking. The chair in our room and carpet were disgusting. Continental breakfast was a joke. Cereal and bread. Waffle maker and coffee pots were broken along with the rest rooms on the main floor. It was horrible and I will be working on getting a refund as I paid $ 98 a night!!

The room was fine. The hotel was under constructuon so the hallways werent that great. The biggest issue was that NOBODY was there when we tried to check in. Seriously, we had to wait 20 minutes for the girl to come and check us in. When she finally came, she smelled of alcohol. Iwouldve cancelled my reservation and gone elsewhere if it wasnt past check in time.

Meh.
The cable service was out all three days. The original room was under the rooftop mechanicals and was noisy as hell. The front desk moved us to a better room,no problems. Overall, this hotel is a work in progress, and the pricing reflects that.

Misleading and Inaccurate description
This hotel is under major reconstruction, and the staff is doing nothing to make up for it. The hotel furniture is falling apart, the hallways to the elevator are loaded with drywall dust and debris. The breakfast is just sad, and the TV only played analog channels, and a very fuzzy picture at that. Swimming pool was out of commission, and when you looked into the hotel courtyard, all you saw was trash and litter, overturned patio chairs, tables and cushions. We had the impression this hotel had once been abandoned, and somebody is trying to bring it back to life. Please update the status of this hotel on your website. Don’t think I will be using Hotels.com in the future.

The location was a bit hard to find. For breakfast it was limited to only beverages such as milk, orange juice,water, and coffee ( no decaf coffee available) and waffles and toast (the butter ran out by the third stay). Heard many other customers complain about the same things. Found a used tampon in the room we stayed in. The staff didn't come up for room maintenance till we ask for them to come up. The gym area had no functional equipment and the pool area is currently closed. One day, the staff were extremely rude. We had extended our stay for a couple more days the night prior with the front desk everything was confirmed. The following day, one of the staff came by banging on the door demanding us to give him our credit card to extend the stay, and he'll run it immediately. He had his foot blocking the door and was yelling, scaring us. Till we were able to close it and he left. We had called and talked in person to front desk. No one knew anything and didn't offer any compensation for the trauma they caused. The price for the stay is great during weekdays but that's the only great thing I have to say about this place. On weekends it's the same price as any other place. Wouldn't recommend

Amenities such as heated pool and fitness room were advertised. Both were closed. In fact the whole first floor was under renovations and in terrible condition. Also none of the tvs worked in any of our rooms. I would not stay at this hotel without checking that all renovations are completed. Room was ok, bed was comfortable, quiet because almost no one was in the hotel but overall Not a good experience.

This property is currently under construction and is expected to be messy but for the most part it was ok. The hand soap was so terribly small you couldn’t even get a good lather going! Your price, under construction was $10 more than the previous owner and our room was the same. Senior citizens
