Hotel met all our needs

Posted Jan 11, 2015
Pros: Staff was very friendly and helpful. Restaurant and amenities were more than adequate. They were experienced with graduations at the base/informative!
Cons: The shuttle to the Naval base could have run longer especially with the snow.
Location: Didn't get out much -- the snow!
Proximity to naval base was good considering we had to take a cab everywhere

Boot Camp Graduation stay

Posted Nov 10, 2014
Pros: The courtyard to smoke my cigars and the accomodating staff.
Although it was cold and snowed for the first time since 1993 on the 32st of OCT...We remained toasty warm. The room temp controls were nothing short of superb. The Bistro is also a gem in the rough. Everything I had there, including the wine was stellar. I returned to this little hotel because I enjoyed my stay a couple of years ago and my choice did not disappoint. The vicinity to a WalMart was a great kicker...walking distance... Great little hotel...very friendly staff.

Navy Graduation - Clean , convenient

Posted Oct 27, 2014 on Hotels.com
Stayed 2 nights for Navy Graduation. the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. the room was clean and amazingly quiet. As to the minuses - there is no free breakfast. There is a 'Bistro' by Starbucks on site that offers breakfast but it is a bit pricey. The 'Queen' beds in the room were actually double/full beds so that was a little 'snug'. Location was very convenient to restaurants and shopping. Grandchildren enjoyed the pool and hot tub.
