“worth the sale price for suite”

decent place no amenities such as bar and location okay you can walk to michigan ave and get cabs ...got a cheap rate for chicago for suite would stay again for sale rate not full price rate too many other great hotels in surrounding area.

“Good Hotel If i have to go to Northbrook again I'll stay there again.”

I had a good time in the Hotel. I was there for a job training and everything was good. They ave me a very good room and it was very nice. LCD TV, marble tiles in the bathroom and the restaurant was very nice. The only thing was that the breakfast buffet was too expensive I think. Everything else was perfect. The guy at the front desk wasnt to friendly now that I remember. 'The ladies were very kind and good.

“beware which view you get”

we stayed in a room on the 2nd floor which had the worst airshaft view I've ever seen. the only thing to see was a blank cement wall about 10 feet from our window. No light came in even in the morning. Lovely room but totally depressing as it was dark all day. Check out the view before checking into your room.

“Not pleased”

Hotel is located in the middle of terrible road construction that adds confusion and time to get there and back. Hotel store was never open and I was there for three days. The front desk people were not well informed and lacked training. Very poor communication with them. Will not stay here again.
