I will definitely stay here again. I like how check out is at noon. Check in was very easy. My room was super clean and quiet. My room came with a mini bar. Cable tv. the rainforest head shower was great. My room overall great..The staff was very nice friendly and funny along with valet parking. He retrieve my car right away an helped with my bags.The view from the 24th floor is very nice.. the only thing I did not like was every time the furnace came on or off it made a boom sound that scared me but after awhile it didn’t bother me. I didn’t get to experience the spa but I will next time.. I enjoyed breakfast at the restaurant downstairs and the food was amazing as well…

The city view was so beautiful. The room was clean. And staff was pleasant. The restaurant right when you walk in was amazing, fast service.

Check in was easy and convenient. Front of the house staff were kind and compassionate, very friendly yet professional. Rooms are wonderful and large, very clean. Bed is super comfortable! Absolutely love this hotel.

Overall our stay was great! It’s just the parking thing they don’t have open parking other than the valet parking and like requests for celebrating occasions. Still would love to stay here again!

Hotel was very nice loved our view of the city. Staff very friendly was able to check in at 6 am since our flight arrived early without having to pay additional cost. Only thing was our bed wasn’t very comfortable it kind of sank in the middle of the mattress

I like the staffs overall friendliness , holding doors open as we come in or go. It was a quiet stay and we enjoyed that alot being in the 22nd floor with a great city view . It was slightly dissapointing to see the floors all scratched up so badly, I was hoping for a more elegantly finished room for my mothers stay . Overall a good experience despite the floor in our room

The hotel is beautiful! The front desk staff were so friendly and accommodating. The room was beautiful with the giant windows..HOWEVER, the valley staff are very passive aggressive. They have visibly annoyed/unfriendly attitudes. One of the guys asked my fiancé multiple times if we were going back outside. As we were trying to thinking and talking, he was rushing us visibly irritated because he was on a phone call and we were disturbing him. I could understand if there was a rush or it was busy.. there was no one else there. Additionally, when we did try to ask him for assistance, he was again passive whiling being on a FaceTime call. The doorman and security were also pretty passive. On another note, there was another Hispanic younger guys doing Vallet. He was extremely friendly. Not only that, we noticed he was running to hold the door for the ladies. He would help people carry their bags and load the cars. Everyone was so thankful for him tipping him and complimenting him. All while security and doorman watched him. Doorman should be helping hold the door, pack the cars(if applicable), and bring bags inside. The poor guy is running all around during Easter morning and the night previous (there was a rush due to a concert) while the security and doorman criticized him. The hotel is great but the workplace environment is terrible and I can’t give 5stars for that. Hope the guy hits the jackpot somewhere else.

I had an excellent stay here. It was absolutely gorgeous! The room was all I hopped it would be. The gym and locker area is top notch. The staff was friendly. The location was convenient to go all the places we planned. Would definitely recommend to others or stay again myself.
