Perfect Chicago LocationPosted Jul 21, 2014
Pros: Location and price - perfect combo!
The hotel very well located in downtown Chicago. Close to the El, and not on one of the busier tourist heavy streets. An excellent value for the price we paid! Front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. We had one special need that room service had trouble attending to, otherwise we'd rate the hotel higher.

Nice boutique hotel in the city, great locationPosted Jul 21, 2014
Though the room is small, it was very well appointed, has a HUGE TV, capsule-coffee machine, wine fridge with normal-sized bottles of wine and unusual snacks. The bed was VERY comfortable. And the bathroom was modern and proportionate to the room size. The only downside was being able to hear the throb of the club's music. But I solved that with ear-plugs. Service was good.

Mod convenient hotel close to everything.Posted Jul 19, 2014
I loved the hotel itself, very comfortable with all the upgraded amenities. I did not like all the ghetto black people loitering and being loud and obnoxious outside the hotel. They should have been told to leave. It made me uncomfortable after dark, and brought down the class of the hotel the moment one infested the area.

Loved the pillowsPosted Jul 18, 2014
Pros: Everything including free wifi.
Cons: Parking awareness prior to booking.
Loved the amenities in the room. Prices for them were not to bad either. Only downfall I had was not being aware of the hotel not having available hotel parking or how much their valet parking was at time of booking so I could have planned for that extra cost in my trip. I know for next time. The extra and large amounts of comfy pillows and nice staff was the spoiler of the trip. I loved being a princess at Dana hotel and spa! You'll love it!

Nice hotel and great locationPosted Jul 17, 2014
Cons: The hotel room card needs to be re-magnetized constantly. Poorly designed a pain to have to go to reception each time with ID to reactivate the card.
The hotel is in a great location with beautiful modern decor. We were able to walk to all great restaurants and shops.

Modern Edgy DesignPosted Jul 7, 2014
Pros: Modern design and access to downtown attractions.
Cons: Reception desk and the silly stools you sit on while checking in.
Good hotel for business travelers or couples. A very modern styled hotel that is in a fantastic location for travelers who want to be close to the downtown attractions. Some rooms have small balconies and the bathroom has a glass wall that looks into the sleeping area - very funky - but not good for kids. The only negatives are the reception is on the 2nd floor and the shower doors were designed in such a way that they allow water to pour on the floor.
