Overall property is good and in a center location to restaurants, mall, and work my only gripe is parking spaces are small that you can’t even get out of your vehicle at times or be worried some idiot will swing door open and smack your vehicle. Do not go by the pictures posted all rooms are ghetto and the pillows suck…

Pictures on the website are misleading. If a room shows that it has a whirlpool, as opposed to showing other rooms that don’t, how are you supposed to know that your room doesn’t actually include one? And it’s been a known problem that doesn’t get changed. I stayed here specifically and only for the whirlpool that was pictured. An absolute scam.

My fiancé and I were staying here for over a week with no issues until Monday morning when I walk up to the front to pay. I’m assuming she was the manager, she wasn’t wearing a name tag so I don’t know her name. I dealt with her previously another morning with no issues and then out of nowhere she says I’m ID is expired and she can’t give me the room for another night! I said ok I’ll go get my fiancé and he can put it under his name since my VALID foid card from Illinois wasn’t enough for her, but she said No because I’d need to be registered too and my ID is expired! Seriously? Been here over a week, have caused no issues or complaints and then 10 minutes before checkout you tell me pretty much to get out. Then to top it off, my fiancé tells her that I scheduled to go get my ID at 12:50 & she said well you can check back in after then. So we left and got a room again later that night. Again stayed for two nights with no issues, under my fiancés name and they never once asked him to register any other people. Go in tonight to check in after reservation for the guy to tell him the manager put him on a do not rent list! Call Expedia and they tell us to wait 3 days for that same manager to approve the refund and then 7-10 days for Expedia to refund it. People are struggling these days, you refuse to rent us a room and then hold our last dollars hostage leaving us to sleep in our car. Thank you

Pet friendly up to two dogs with combined weight of 150 pounds or less! This motel is so much cleaner than red roof inn in alsip!!!

It was the most basic , cheap thing. like one pillow, one towel, very uncomfortable but cheap and it does the job. plumbing is foul have better water pressure at a loves gas station. but for $70 bucks the bed was clean and the electricity worked and the staff wasn’t a problem and let us check in after midnight.
