“Very impressed for the price”

This hotel was in the perfect spot, located within walking distance of restaurants, entertainment, and stores. Services was wonderful...they were very responsive and also recommended things like places to eat and gave directions.

“I like the staff and comfort”

Hotels should have free parking. Other than the valet parking, I love everything about the hotel. It's in tight spot but the 5 days was worth it. I recommend this hotel

“Couldn't ask for a better stay.”

Don't know what else you could ask for. Free wifi, good plentiful breakfast, really comfortable bed with cushy comforter, el train 6 blocks away (brown and purple line that takes you right to the Loop), VERY helpful and friendly staff from the housekeepers to the front desk to the breakfast room attendant, plenty of interesting shops, businesses, restaurants within easy walking distance in the Lincoln Park District. It can be a little noisy from other rooms but the hotel stocks each bathroom with earplugs. Also, parking is $22 a day....that is a bummer but it is pretty standard in Chicago. Parking is at a premium! I did fine by using the el train. $5.75 buys you a 24 hour unlimited train/bus pass and there are plenty of routes that make traveling around the city easy. Leave the car at home. Blue Line of the train goes right into terminal 1 at O'Hare. Bottom line....I won't even look for another hotel when I return to Chicago. I'm staying here.

“UGH there are way too many choices in Chicago to stay here”

lovely staff. Cheap nasty room and the bed was simply the worst. The location is also a mile or more from anything you might want to do so you need a cab. I almost checked out and went elsewhere but I couldn't afford to. I was on a business trip and noticed a lot of disappointed tourists in the lobby. Continental breakfast is just as cheap as you can imagine.

“Great location, good hotel.”

Hotel was overall very nice. Great location, close to lots of great things. No bath in the room, a little disappointing, and also an odor when we first went into the room. Valet was super nice, breakfast was great, too.
