“Cubs game was postponed, but the hotel stay was still a great experience!”

We enjoyed the whole stay. The room was updated beautifully and very comfortable. All the staff were friendly and very helpful. Great area for shopping and restaurants and of course close to Wrigley. We look forward to staying again.

“Great Chicago value”

We were looking for a hotel close to Wrigley Field and since we basically just use the hotel to sleep and shower we did not need a luxury hotel. The Day's Inn was clean, comfortable and convenient for us. It was a short walk to the El and Wrigleyville. It also had a great price, especially compared to the downtown hotels which were a couple hundred more per night.

“Basic hotel, great location”

Stayed here with a few buddies for two nights while looking for an apartment in the area. We had a business-class room, and it was still quite basic and small. The bathroom was also very outdated (no fan?!). Otherwise, the continental breakfast was better than expected and the location was outstanding - right in the middle of all the action!

“Would definely stay again”

This hotel is perfectly situated for seeing Chicago and Lincoln Park. The Valet Parking is wonderful and a great bargain. The breakfast was really terrific. When I go to Chicago again that is where I will stay.

“Good hotel, acceptable service”

The subway station is only 3 blocks away and the neighborhood is definitely walkable. Restaurants, coffee shops and book stores are just inches away. The rooms are huge I assue the building used to be an apartment building. Me and my partner has seperate bedrooms and two communal areas (kichen and study room) which they only charge you as a two-beds room. Overall, the condition of the hotel overthrow my impression of days-inn. Highly recommended.

“Great Uptown place for small meetings”

I stay here a couple of times a year. The staff members are wonderful and the meeting facilities are a great price/value.

“Will go again!”

We were very happy with our Days Inn experience. The price was reasonable and the staff was very helpful. We were given suggestions about where to go, eat, shop and all our questions were answered in a kind manner. The breakfast was good and plentiful. The housekeeping staff was happy to grant our request of extra shampoo and soap. The only two things that were a problem: The elevator seemed to be broken alot, but it did not hurt us to walk upstairs. It was good exercise. Our room was a little small, but we realize that being a historic hotel most rooms are not very spacious. My husband and I can't wait to go and stay at the Days Inn again. The neighborhood was nice and we felt safe the entire time.
