“Enjoyable and recommended.”

This hotel was enjoyable, very luxurious, and overall a good stay. I do have some gripes though: $10/night for internet unless you are an at&t subscriber and parking is pretty dreadful unless you wish to pay for valet. I can understand the valet part but paying $10 for internet? C'mon, get with the times! That aside, it was a good stay.

My wife lost her ipad. It was turned in at the front desk and the staff went out of their way to make sure it was returned to her. they also showed great empathy in doing this. Great people!

We used this as a base for visiting family,in the western suburbs. This was the most, frendlist,and helpful staff we have encountered in a long time.

“Great location”

We spent two nights here but we didn't really spend much time in it. If traveling to Chinatown, it's a straight shot from there, we just travel all the way down Cermak/ 22nd. We didn't want to spend money on a hotel inside Chicago just to sleep in. But this hotel has a good location, it was nice, we felt that the price was definitely reasonable. Wish we got free wifi. Hotel is located right across from Oak Brook mall, which we got to explore, plus they have The Cheesecake Factory! We will definitely be back in the future and hopefully actually explore the hotel!

“Very nice hotel, right next to the mall”

This hotel was in a great location to restaurants and the Oakbrook Center mall. My trip was for business but in my down time it was nice to be able to do things. The hotel had wonderful staff and was very nice. My room was clean and accomadated all my needs.

The Hotel was easy to find and convenient to attractions. The beds were very comfortable and everything about the hotel was tops.
