Pros: Good hospitality with complimentary breakfast
Cons: sound proofing.
Very noisy atrium and hallways. $25 fee for checking in before 4 pm, regardless if whether rooms are available.

Well located hotelPosted Oct 14, 2014
Pros: It was quiet in my bedroom so I was able to get a goodnight's sleep.
Cons: An In-room safe and keycards that opened the door more easily would be an improvement.
Location: The hotel is in a very good location, not far from the magnificent mile. Millennium Park is in easy walking distance.
To begin with I was disappointed that there wasn't a safe in my room and it was a bit tricky opening the door with key card. However, my room was spacious, clean and well appointed. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Central to everything ChigagoPosted Oct 11, 2014
Pros: See experience.
Cons: The couches could be more comfortable.
Location: For our needs the location was fantastic. Close to shopping and bus lines as well as drug store and movie theater.
We've never been to Chicago before but had been to Embassy Suites several times. If it's an option, we always choose Embassy Suites. With the suite concept, amazing breakfasts, and manager's free cocktail hours it's always our first choice. The Chicago Embassy Suites Lakefront didn't disappoint. Friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, and excellent bed, we were very happy. We liked it also because there is a microwave and small fridge in the room and the separate "living room" give you options regular hotel rooms don't for similar prices.

Wonderful Hotel & StaffPosted Oct 10, 2014
Pros: I was in awe of the glass elevators and the veiw looking out my room window. The food I had was exceptional, also. And of course, the staff people!!
Cons: It was my own fault but, I lost my car when I parked it in their underground parking area. Again I was saved by 2 helpful gentlemen staff members.
Location: The hotel is a block away from the NBC Tower building and I came to an AM taping of The Steve Harvey Show. It was just FUN the whole day & night B4!
I really loved my stay at this Hotel. I was treated like a Queen by all the staff that I came in contact with. EVERYONE went out of their way to make my stay of only one night, the BEST Hotel experience I've ever had!!! A+++

Room and TVPosted Oct 2, 2014
Pros: Convenience - The Staff - Breakfast Prepared
Cons: I mentioned that in the above statement
Location: Magnificent Mile Navy Pier Wrigley Field - take a taxi to
The experience was nice, nothing to brag about. Breakfast was great, ALL the staff is very wonderful and pleasant, and quite helpful. However, the hotel is nothing to brag about. The TV in our room in the sitting area did not work, it has screen issues. The lighting is low, I like LIGHT. I also, feel it would be nice to have some updated photos and surroundings in the rooms and around in the hotel. I have been coming to this hotel for the last 4 years, and it has not changed. I feel a few updates would be nice. AND: it would be nice if the overnight guests could be reminded, that there are other people staying that like there sleep. Someone next to us or above us or below us had the TV on loud or someone was talking very loud, at least until midnight. Not sure which. Sorry to sound :(, but some people just need to be reminded to be respectful of others. It's not like it was a Saturday night.

Well placed just north of the RiverPosted Sep 30, 2014
Only a brief, two-night visit, but enough to experience service that was efficient, accommodations that were very comfortable, and an atmosphere that was very positive in a location that worked very well for us.

Excellent hotelPosted Sep 23, 2014
Location: Great location to take advantage of the trolley stop which is very close to hotel, which takes you close to many of the tourist sites.
We enjoyed the breakfast most of all. We also like the managers reception daily. Very clean hotel. Staff was very helpful.
