“Great hotel, great location!”

We stayed here in September 2011 with our foster children - room was very nice, kids slept in sofabed in the sitting room area while we got the bedroom. Free breakfast was great, lots of selections and custom made omelettes as well. Good downtown Chicago hotel to see all the sights, only a block from the el trains. Also has an indoor pool for the kids.

“GREAT location! excellent for families, too!”

I was visiting Chicago with 3 of my kids, and this hotel had it all! the location was great for restaurants, various modes of transportation (trolleys, water taxis, etc), and of course, shopping. We didn't have to go far for anything. There was even a grocery mart on the nearby corner. The hotel included a fantastic breakfast (VERY helpful with kids!), and a convenient 'business center' for my teens to check their Facebook! Concierge was most helpful when it came to recommending quick routes, etc. Would DEFINITELY stay here again!

“Amazing Happy Hour!”

Great hotel for the price, loved the Managers happy hour, which included a large selection of drinks as well as appetizers. The staff was very helpful, the complementary breakfast was amazing. Some remodeling was going on while we were there but it did not really impact our stay.

“Great Location”

This is an excellent hotel with a great location. Many places to eat within walking distance and for all type of budgets. Only 3 blocks from Michigan Ave. The packgage included breakfast which comes in handy since we spent the whole day out so a good breakfast makes it a very good way to start the day. The only thing that bother me was the amount of ambulance sirens we heard throughout the night (nothing to do with the hotel though).

“Can't wait to go back”

It is a beautiful hotel. The cook to order American breakfast was great. The suites are very comfortable. As you walk into the lobby and see the breath taking waterflow, and the smile on all the employees faces, you know your in for a treat. The staff was professional and extemely helpful.
