“Spacious comfortable rooms but poor breakfast”

The rooms were great, comfortable and clean, good front desk service and valet service as good as well. The complimentary breakfast was not very good here, as I have seen in other embassy suites, but when we discovered the cut cantalope had mold spots and brought it to the attention of the wait staff, it sat there for another 20 minutes before it was "picked through" to leave the unmoldy fruit for guests. It should have been addressed immediately, the entire tray removed and pitched out, and my concerns should have been addressed personally.

“Very Nice”

We arrived at the hotel 4 hours before check-in and they still let us check-in to our room. There where 2 rooms, 2 dbls and and dbl pull out, would have been totally adequate for 3 people. There was a fridge and microwave in the room, which is was really nice. The Managers Reception is every day from 5:30-7:30, free snacks and drinks! There was a long line, but it moved quickly. Not only that but they let you get more than one drink at a time so you don't have to stand in line again. I didn't eat at the restaurant, but it looked nice. It was REALLY close to the airport (didn't even have to take the highway) which was nice for rush hour traffice...cause we didn't even see it! Within a cab ride to restaurants, Target, and some small shopping. I would stay there again!

We went to Gibbons Steak House across the street from the hotel and it was AWESOME! Super yummy!!

“O'Hare”

This is an excellent choice for the neighborhood. The free Happy Hour is much better than the usual in terms of selections and variety of food. The free morning breakfast is excellent including a wide variety of choices and freshly prepared items-definitely not the usual, mundane continental breakfast. Also, I appreciate the addtional room that is always a feature of an Embassy Suites.

Excellent choice for fast access to O'Hare, or if you are at Rosemeont for concerts.

“Very good”

I picked this hotel based on price and location. It is one block from the blue line so easy access to the city without taking a car. The free breakfast was very good for a hotel (made to order pancakes and omelettes). The only downside is the whole place smells like breakfast. Clean, good service, quiet sleeping, right in the conference center area.

Have a drink in the Hancock Tower at night! The view is amazing

“Never disappointed!”

Nice weekend getawy. Loved the hotel after check-in. We arrived at the same time as a tour bus...bad timing. After that it was great.

“good hotel and will go back”

This hotel needs to improve quality of breakfast bar service people. Choices for the breakfast bar was excellent but the staff was not very friendly specially Chef.

“EASY LOCATION TO NAVIGATE A BIG CITY ON A FIRST VISIT (OVERNIGHT TRIP), RENTALCAR/GPS/HECTIC SCHEDUL”

HOTEL IS NEAR THE AIRPORT. SHUTTLES TAKE YOU TO THE RENTAL AGENCIES, GPS MADE THE TRAVEL EASY FOR A FIRST TIME VISIT TO THE WINDY CITY. THE LOCATION MADE THE EARLY FLIGHT OUT EASY AND THE BAR WAS OPEN LATE FOR DINNER. THE ROOM WAS CLEAN AND LIKE ALL EMBASSY SUITES IT IS A FINE PROPERTY.

“Hotel Nice, Area Yuck!”

Once you're inside the hotel, it's nice. But the area and in particular the cheesy and expensive parking (paying in the suburbs?) are major turnoffs. Surprising for an Embassy Suites. Not worth it.
