It was fine

Posted Feb 23, 2015
This hotel Was fine. Kind of out dated--pool room was awfully cold and hot tub was not hot. I probably wouldn't book here again.

Weekend getaway

Posted Feb 16, 2015
Easy parking. Easy check in. Nice room. Comfortable bed. Nice complimentary afternoon cocktails and snacks. Desk called casino shuttle for us. It arrived quickly. Nice breakfast. Only downside. ..cold "hot tub". EXCELLENT proximity to activities.

poolguy, Thank you so much for taking the time to stop and leave us a review! We are so pleased to hear that you enjoyed your experience here with us from the staff to the room and the complimentary cocktails! We are sorry to hear that the hot tub was not warm enough for you, that is not a normality here. We hope to be able to welcome you back on your next trip to the area. Sincerely, Jessica

excellent for a big company

Posted Jan 20, 2015
Happy hour with free drinks is a plus if you like this type of time and travel in a big company. But personally I would prefer a free wifi to free drinks (you have to pay for wifi in this hotel). Also the parking is very expensive (adding it to a high room price). Breakfast is very nice. Big drawback- room doors cannot be held open, so you struggle to get in and out with luggage, or a cart, or a pram, or a wheelchair. Very poor handicap accessibility, just next to nothing. I think that you can find almost same quality hotel for much lower price in the same region. Happy hour with free drinks is nice, but not essential

Dear Faith, Thank you so much for taking the time to stop by and leave us your thoughts. I am very glad to hear not only did you enjoy or breakfast, but also our Happy Hour and free drinks. We hope to welcome you back again. During your next visit here please be sure to inform the Front Desk of any accessibility requirements as we do have full compliant ADA rooms and we would be glad to assign them for you. Thank you so much and have a great day. Jessica

Noisy. Check out staff was horrible.

Posted Jan 4, 2015
Pros: The layout was nice and the location was good for O'hare flights.
Cons: Less noisy. Breakfast is included but nothing quick available for early flights. Wasted.
Yet another example of automatic charges for parking in a ramp that I did not use. I self parked my car as was explained by the valet at the Hilton across the street was as option but the check out staff would not take the $23 charge off my bill. I paid the $13 in the ramp before leaving the ramp. The machine kept the ticket stub when leaving so I had no proof other than he saw me drive up with me car. So I guess you have to anticipate an automatic charge, pay for you car in the ramp, walk back to the hotel, show them the stub, walk back to the ramp, get your car out, load your luggage and leave. He basically called me a liar and I left having to take it up with "corporate" since we had to scoot to catch a plane. Lovely. I travel a great deal and am sick and tired of this kind of racket.

I expected it to be a little cleaner.

Posted Dec 17, 2014 on Hotels.com
I stay at a lot of Embassy Suites around the country, & I think that this one could use a little bit more attention to detail. the pool and the showers needed some real work. I think the hotel was a bit high priced for the quality of what it was.

市内までの移動が苦にならなければ、安くて快適

Posted Dec 15, 2014 on Hotels.com

Beware, don't stay there!

Posted Dec 12, 2014 on Hotels.com
Very disappointed in every way. Had to change rooms two times. One of the rooms had mold in the wall. The gate to the garage was broken. Front desk treated me like a second class citizen because I booked at Hotels.com. The Rosemont Embassy Suites is a dump.
