“Great location.....Very friendly and accomodating staff.....”

We have four children ages 10 and under and it's tricky to find a hotel that can accomodate the 6 of us in one room, especially on short notice in the Chicago area. We were pleased that this hotel was willing to work with us and Expedia offered us a competitive rate for the room. The location is ideal as it's very close to the interstate, and the impressive Woodfield Mall which offers good shopping and dining options. The entire staff was pleasant and very helpful. They called our room about 30 mins after arrival to make sure our room was satisfactory. The hotel was clean and well maintained and our room was a nice size. The set-up of the hotel has all rooms opening to an indoor/enclosed courtyard style dining/lobby/lounge area. It's nice to look at, however, all the rooms have glass doors/windows that open to the courtyard and in the early morning there is a lot of noise from the dining area. The breakfast was cook to order and there was a substantial selection of delicious items to choose from. The only other difficulty we had was with the TVs not working properly with the remotes and no way to screen the TV programs available. Overall, it was a great place to stay, and we will stay there again when we return to the area.

“A very comfortable and classy place to stay.”

“Great Chicago access!”

What a great find! We got a super rate on this hotel and it met all of our expectations. Close to the highway and train station. Good surrounding shopping and restaurants. The breakfast was great and the staff extraordinarily friendly and helpful! Don't pass up the chance to stay here!

“My first Embassy experience”

I have never been in an Embassy Suites Hotel before and I was just delighted with this stay. I frequently choose Hampton as an okay hotel with free internet or Radisson because I like the sleep number beds. I kind of got this hotel because I booked the trip late. I am so glad I did. I loved it. The free breakfasts are really great. I usually can't stand the free breakfast at other hotels and will choose to eat out instead. Free manager's happy hour in the evening is also a big plus. Having a hotel room with more than enough room and a kitchenette is also very nice. Definitely adding Embassy to my preferred list.

“Embassy Suites”

I would stay at the Embassy Suites again. The sitting rooms aren't as big as they seem to appear on the website and I don't think the bathroom could be any smaller. However, there was adequate room for the four of us staying. The breakfast buffet is good. Love the made to order omelettes. The hotel is close to the Woodfield Mall and shopping district. Would definetely recommend this hotel to others and will be staying there again.

“overall good”

was a little disappointed in this being my 8th stay at this hotel...im always bragging on this hotel and have sent many friends and family members here over the past five years...this time we were just a little disappointed in the cleanliness of the pool and hottub. the pool was pretty dirty and had stuff floating all over the surface...the hottub was full of sand and my wife even had sand in her suit when we got back to the room...overall i still love this hotel for its great rooms, breakfast , managers reception and overall beauty....we tried the restraunt for the first time and it was both delicious and nicely priced....im sure we will be back!
