Worst experience ever

Posted Nov 11, 2013
When we arrived, with confirmation email printed out and in hand, we discovered this wasn't a hotel at all. It was an office building with a security guard that was unaware of a 'hotel' in the building. He referred us to a receptionist who seemed skeptical of us as well. She called up to "Execustay" and advised us they were not aware of our reservation. We were not allowed to go to the office of "Execustay", we were told there were not bathrooms available to us. I called Execustay, while sitting in the lobby of this building that we weren't allowed inside, and they said they had no reservation for me. I provided our confirmation number and she denied that it was valid. She did not apologize for our inconvenience or attempt in any fashion to accomodate us at all. Do not, under any circumstances, rely on or believe that you have an actual room reserved at this location.

Pros: Having a full kitchen saved much $$. The indoor pool was very relaxing.
Excellent location. Transportation was very easy from this apartment. Bus line in front of building and metro train only one block away. Walking distance to Theaters, Millenium Park, Art Institute, Architecture Foundation and numerous other tourist destinations.
