better of at a motel

There was no one at front desk upon arrival, my husband called out a few times with no luck after ten minutes we called the hotel. The call center got a hold of someone who eventually made it up front. Apparently she was the cleaning lady and didn't even know how to register us in, asking for my confirmation number. The room had a funky smell upon entering it. I have to say I don't think i will ever stay here again.

Reasonably priced and clean.

Pros: Price and location
Cons: Brighten it up a little.
Location: It was near where I needed to be.
It was close to where my conference was held. It was affordable and clean. I will probably stay there again next year.

It was not as clean as I had hoped it should be, the staff is unorganized and my friend whom traveled with us was placed in a room that had not been cleaned yet. The area seemed nice surrounding the hotel but yet I saw many people in the hotel who looked homeless, which was scary! Yes the price is right but I'd pay a little more next time for something better!

Worst Stay Ever!!!

It was awful!!! I got in late to town for a benefit I was working on. I had made a reservation for my stay and arrived at the hotel around 11pm. I had to ring bell to get someone to open door for me. They appeared to have been either sleeping or annoyed they had to come to desk. I told them I had a reservation though Hotel.Com and I gave them my last name and reservation number. They couldn't find me. They spoke very little English and were speaking Spanish to each other. They needed to call someone to find out what to do. They spoke in Spanish once again and after they got off phone, they still weren't sure what to do. They had to call again. They finally got me a room on the first floor, but not before I had to give them a copy of my license and credit card. Why? They couldn't give me an answer. I had already paid for my room. It made me very nervous to have to do so. When I got to the room, there was an odor and there were bags on top of the fridge. The floor was dirty and the linens on the bed were old and yellow. It was late, so I just stayed in room as I had to be up and out by 630am. I didn't sleep in bedding, I slept on top of it with my own blanket. I have stayed in this hotel many times over the past 6 years and this was the worst experience ever. I will never go back. I also know the regional manager of this hotel and I will be following up with her with a complaint letter.

The breakfast closed a half an hour before the website said it would and it is not in a convenient location for people who want to walk anywhere.

Always a go-to hotel

Extended Stay America is my go-to place. The rooms are big, but not fancy, in fact kind of bare bones. They don't supply shampoo, but I bring my own anyway. And I don't mind no maid service if I'm there for a couple of nights. But every ESA I've been in, including this one, has been very clean, super nice who always willing to help you. And in this one, the room wasn't too hot or too cold. I could even open a window! There aren't a ton of restaurants nearby, at least one good one. I'd stay here again

Good hotel for short stay

It's a good hotel but need a little cleanliness on the walk ways. Girl in the reception who worked on 10/17 require a special thanks.
