It was not as clean as I had hoped it should be, the staff is unorganized and my friend whom traveled with us was placed in a room that had not been cleaned yet. The area seemed nice surrounding the hotel but yet I saw many people in the hotel who looked homeless, which was scary! Yes the price is right but I'd pay a little more next time for something better!

The breakfast closed a half an hour before the website said it would and it is not in a convenient location for people who want to walk anywhere.

Always a go-to hotel

Extended Stay America is my go-to place. The rooms are big, but not fancy, in fact kind of bare bones. They don't supply shampoo, but I bring my own anyway. And I don't mind no maid service if I'm there for a couple of nights. But every ESA I've been in, including this one, has been very clean, super nice who always willing to help you. And in this one, the room wasn't too hot or too cold. I could even open a window! There aren't a ton of restaurants nearby, at least one good one. I'd stay here again

Good hotel for short stay

It's a good hotel but need a little cleanliness on the walk ways. Girl in the reception who worked on 10/17 require a special thanks.

Main lobby and bathroom

The main lobby ceiling tiles have mold on them and the room shower paint was failing off.

Check in was fairly quick. Hallway smelled of cigarettes. Room smelled of urine. 2 inch gap between bottom of entrance door and floor of room blew cold cigarette air inside the room. Had to place a towel by the door to retain heat in the room it was freezing and smell of cigarettes was giving me a headache. Check out was quick and easy. Will most likely not come back or recommend.

No water, no tea or coffee bags in room, Linen is very old and rough, no lobby, front desk nobody breakfast is no seat...., anyway my 1st time try extension stay and very surprised

Disappointing stay

Pros: a little cheaper than others
Cons: the smell and the friendliness of the crews
Location: not much, construction view and traffic lights that stays red for a long time
This hotel caters better to the construction workers who probably don't care much about the facilities. Smoke smells on the way to go out from the door. The crew did not attempt to find you a better room. Room smell when getting in. All the utensils, coffee makers are not there and need to be requested. Soap and shampoo need to be requested as well. This hotel deserves to be in 1-1.5 stars.

Nice but hard to get service

Hotel was clean, quiet and comfortable. But don't ask for more pillows or towels if you need them - they don't "think" they have any more. They also don't offer to look. She sounded like a 12 year old in the way she handled the call. They need to hire someone competent to run the front desk.

Room repairs necessary. Walls need spackle and paint. Bathroom required fixtures that were upgraded from 1970(original I'm sure).
