Good hotel for short stay

It's a good hotel but need a little cleanliness on the walk ways. Girl in the reception who worked on 10/17 require a special thanks.

Main lobby and bathroom

The main lobby ceiling tiles have mold on them and the room shower paint was failing off.

No water, no tea or coffee bags in room, Linen is very old and rough, no lobby, front desk nobody breakfast is no seat...., anyway my 1st time try extension stay and very surprised

Disappointing stay

Pros: a little cheaper than others
Cons: the smell and the friendliness of the crews
Location: not much, construction view and traffic lights that stays red for a long time
This hotel caters better to the construction workers who probably don't care much about the facilities. Smoke smells on the way to go out from the door. The crew did not attempt to find you a better room. Room smell when getting in. All the utensils, coffee makers are not there and need to be requested. Soap and shampoo need to be requested as well. This hotel deserves to be in 1-1.5 stars.

Room repairs necessary. Walls need spackle and paint. Bathroom required fixtures that were upgraded from 1970(original I'm sure).

Nice cheap hotel

All amenities are there. Laundry a bit expensive. Got a good very deal for the night.

This hotel is OK...consider this if you are budget

Pros: little close to airport may be
Cons: cleanliness , please don't claim that you provide free breakfast when all you are providing is muffins. pls change comforters they stink.
Location: location is OK
Reached at 11:30PM, no one was at lobby to check in..had to wait for sometime..they claim to have free breakfast but all they have are muffins and coffee.. thats it. good luck with your stay here. i will never go back here.

a hotel not able to keep promise

Pros: I don't like it .
Cons: The manager and worker there did not think have any wrong for them . How can other people change?
Location: none.
i booked 2 rooms 2 nights at this hotel. the rooms are non-refundable, queen size, none-smoking. But, when we arrived the hotel, they only have the double bed room. they give us one is non-smoking room, the other is smoking room. The bed size is too small for us , sleep in a smoking room is a suffering for a non-smoker. We could not have a rest at that night.

Not worth it. Try western inn plus instead

Outdated amenities. Bed sheet was nasty. Bathroom was even worse. Not worth it. Very dissappionting.

Deceiving in distance to ORD airport

Cons: Be honest about how far really is this hotel from the airport. The rating is deceiving also. 1 point for terrible and 2 points for disappointing.
