Location: The location was great!
Liked having the kitchen. The room and bed was comfortable. An updated TV guide would be nice. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons: The horrible service or the lack thereof.
Location: Plenty of dining and shopping nearby.
Absolutely no room service. When we arrived we noticed one bad had a comforter on it that was dirty, there were only two hand towels in the bathroom and one roll of tissue; there were four guests staying in the suite. We were told that evening that we would have to wait until the morning to receive a clean comforter and tissue as housekeeping was gone for the night, are you serious? The carpeting in the hallway was more clean than the carpet in the room. I was appalled at the fact that we had to go downstairs to retrieve our own towels and tissue, nobody ever came up to see if everything was ok or if we needed anything. As much as I was charged, there should have been better service, much better service. The only good thing was the view of this establishment in the rearview mirror.

Pros: It was cheap.
Cons: Staff professionalism. No stained sheets. Better TV reception. Bed very tight (close) to walls.
Location: shopping and restaurants
The hotel staff lacked professionalism. My sheets were stained. No shampoo in the room but it was available at the front desk. Neighbors very loud but did quiet down. Walls thin. TV reception was horrible, very snowy.

The location was great and the price for the room was as well. I was disappointed that the staff charged me $15 for park before they even asked if I wanted it. Also, they had a breakfast buffet, but it was not free nor was it cheap. The quality of food was cheap though. The scrambled eggs were one giant square and overcooked. The gravy for biscuits was too runny. There was no French toast or waffles when I got there and they did not refill it. Even the fruit salad was wrong. They left parts of the rind on the honeydew. As for my room it was very clean and the beds were comfortable. No refrigerator in the room, unless you want to pay extra.

Still, I am sorry that the breakfast did not meet your expectations and parking was a bit overpriced. Please know, while we do service a cold breakfast, we do not have any hot offerings at this hotel and we do not charge for parking. As well, we do offer refrigerators in all of our rooms free of charge. If there was a miscommunication of our services, I apologize. Thank you again for your feedback.
