The hotel was ok for the money only stayed there because of the loction near the outlet mall and the airport.

Everything worked out fine for a full service room. I had a refrigerator, Microwave, and kitchen setting so thi was nice to prepare for a week long stay. The bed however was as hard as rock. I did not sleep very well. Parking was fine. Location was fine, the people were fine.

Great room at a very good rate. The only negative would be that shampoo and such is not provided and internet is not free!

“Not polite or accommodating to guests”

When we checked in we were charged for Internet before even being asked if we wanted it or needed it ... We had also requested to check out an hour later since we would be getting in late , we were told that there shouldn't be a problem just to double check in the morning . When I called in the morning I was rudely told that there was no late check out available on the weekends , if I had been aware of that I would have planned my night a little differently , in the end we ended up leaving with no sleep I thank goodness we made it home alright .

“Not impressed”

First the hotel clerk was very slow at checking us in...not very friendly either. Second the fire alarm went off at 2:30 in the morning and we had to evacuate the building...no hotel employee came around and said what was going on or when it was ok to return...only other guests at the hotel...which we thought was very unprofessional. Third the drain in the tub did not work at all so there was standing water in the tub from taking showers which is pretty unsanitary.

The hotel has mold in the bathroom, tub and shower and on the track for the windows. I hate mold!

For the price, I would expect better. No one on duty at all times, hard to find service when needed. Check in I had to wait 15-20 minutes as the person working behind the corner told me to hold on she would be back in a sec ... 20 minutes later ... Even though I paid for internet service, I was unable to get that service provided. Not happy with this service ... room was okay.
