“Not Impressed”

The hotel room smelled like smoke and the bathroom smelled like urine. I asked to be moved to another room. No alternate rooms were available unless I downgraded to a room with two double beds. There was a difference in price between a King and a double bed so downgrading to a double bed after i've paid for a king bed was not an acceptable solution

“DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY”

NOISY! Walls are paper thin and you can hear doors slamming all night. We listened to the couple in the next room argue and could hear every word. Even bathroom "sounds" could be heard quite clearly in the next room (Yuck!) The linens need to be replaced! The blanket on the bed was so bad, I wouldn't give it to my dog to sleep on. The bed frame has NEVER been dusted. We normally stay at Hamptons, and thought we'd give this one a try. NEVER again!! I'll stick to Hampton and NEVER be disappointed.
