“Not Impressed”

The hotel room smelled like smoke and the bathroom smelled like urine. I asked to be moved to another room. No alternate rooms were available unless I downgraded to a room with two double beds. There was a difference in price between a King and a double bed so downgrading to a double bed after i've paid for a king bed was not an acceptable solution
