“A Haven at Midnight”

Arriving late at O'Hare isn't unusual; coming in after midnight is not so common. The shuttle was prompt and the driver courteous, despite the hour, and check-in was quick and efficient. The bed was wonderfully comfortable and the bedding felt luxurious. The only issue was walls so thin that the adjoining room's alarm clock woke me much earlier than I had planned. Breakfast was the best selection I have seen for a "free" spread, and despite the location adjacent to one of the world's busiest airports, the property was well-maintained, showing little sign of the traffic it must bear.

“still paying for parking”

room was nice and comfortable. Window seal didn't close tight letting cold air in all the time. We put the heating unit in automatic and it took care of this but ran nearly all of the time. Booked through expedia and there was no info on the fact that they charge you 10 bucks for parking on top of your hotel bill. One of the reasons I stayed there was because I was thinking I would stay in the hotel taking advantage of the parking, versus paying to park in the airport parking for a day. Comfortable, & friendly at the counter.

“Parking Fee”

This hotel along with every hotel in the complex charges $10.00 / night for a parking fee if you bring your own car. Multilp that by the number of rooms in each hotel . The fee is outrageous! If they have to charge a fee, how about $10.00 / stay? They are making enough money off travelers with their room prices!

“Nice Place”

The only problem was there was ZERO water pressure in the sink. The shower was fine.

“Nice hotel near Midway Airport”

We stayed here one night and found the hotel very nice. The room we had with double beds was small but we were there only one night. The shuttle to Midway was very convenient and easy to catch. The continental breakfast was great with lots of options. The front desk called our room after check in to see if we needed anyting and then quickly brought us some extra towels. Service was very good.

“Fine Hotel convenient to Midway”

We were very pleased with the quality and convenience of the Fairfield Inn. The staff was especially accommodating and helpful and matched any four star hotel I have stayed at. If you need a hotel convenient to Midway, this is a good choice.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone!!! The staff make this hotel 5 stars. The complimentary breakfast was wonderful and the beds were extremely comfortable. They have 24 hour complimentary shuttle service to and from Midway airport which was so convenient. Definateley two thumbs up!!! Everytime I go back, I will choose to stay here. KUDOS, Fairfield!!!!
