“Comfortable”

We found the hotel comfortable and was close to Six Flags. Right across the street from Gurnee Mills mall. My only complaint was that there was a girl's softball team staying on our floor and their parents were noisy. They put our room in the middle of all of them.

“Great Shopping Weekend”

We spent two nights at the hotel to shop in Gurnee Mall... It was great. Room very comfortable. Pool and hot tub were nice and clean. Warm. Breakfast was good. I would recommend this hotel and will stay again next year.

“Cleanest towels and best service”

I found the rooms to be very clean and the towels pristine. Also, when asking for directions and local attractions, the staff bent over backwards to provide me the information. They cared about my experience.

The staff was very pleasant and helpful.I called the front desk to have a problem in the room fixed and within 10 minutes they came and fixed the problem.My overall experience was great.I commend your staff.

it was in a great spot, mall, movies, dinning all in walking distance...no kidding! nice room, comfy bed, ,

“We were locked out when we arrived to register.”

The only thing we were not happy about is that when we arrived about 9:00 P.M., we could not get in. The door was locked. We waited in the entrance for about 5 minutes. We knocked on the door and were about to call the hotel, when a woman came out of the room from behind the desk . We did not appreciate waiting, since we were tired and had been shopping all day.

The room was very comfortable and clean, but it was very warm. We turn on the AC during the evening and that helped. We'd return to this hotel
