Girls weekend

Came up to shop and go to Bass Pro Shop. Didn't find no gas stations that sold alcohol.

nice hotel close to the mall

stayed here so that my wife and i could visit gurnee mills mall and not have to rush around, hotel was clean and nice, staff were very helpful, bed was very comfortable, free breakfast was good and free wifi was a bonus. overall a good inexpensive hotel.

We were there for my son's graduation from boot camp. It was very nice being so close to the mall and so many places to eat.

When we arrived we waited at the deck to check in for at least 5 minutes until a maintenance man saw us and told us he would find someone to help us. It was that way pretty much the whole say, even when we called down to ask a question, there was no answer. Also we found a toy under the bed that was not ours. Beds were very comfortable. Great location.

Close to large shopping area and resturants.

Hotel was remodeling and did good job to still have full breakfast offered. Reasonable rate from Hotel.com

In Parking Lot of the mall

I thought the staff was great. The free pass to the Fit Nation gym nearby was awesome. Construction going on at the hotel left some areas looking not so well. Breakfast was in a lower level hotel room and was not maintained very well. One day there were no eggs, another there was no yogurt or apples, and then the last day there was no coffee. I would go down to eat at 7:15 before work so it was not an issue of me being to breakfast last minute. Once renovations are done I think it will be back to being a 4-5 star hotel.
