I'd expect to spend more for the room that we had. Everything was great. The location is close to family and right off the interstate/tollway. Only downside is you must turn in from the north (from the interstate) and leave going south (at least initially). We have stayed before and it's not an issue.

Pros: Quiet
Cons: Colors were old fashioned not calming
Location: Yorktown and 355 were very close
The only problem was that it was a warm fall day, so the heat was on in the building but I wanted the air on and finally got it figured out.

Worst Staycation Ever

I will have to say that I will not stay at this chain of hotels ever again!! I booked two rooms that were supposed to be adjoining and at check in that is not what we got. Needless to say I was very upset and had to make other plans for our stay to be somewhat how we planned as they put us in rooms down the hall from the other. The hotel was also full of insects and was not good as it should be for a Marriott chain!!

We stayed over the Labor Day weekend to visit our grandchild. We were shocked that the Lounge is not open on weekends not even Labor Day weekend......I would think that having the lounge open just with a bartender on holiday weekends would of created lots of revenue
