My kids loved it here. Our suite was clean, comfortable and spacious. This place was kid friendly. The staff were very kind and helpful. There were a lot of food places around in the area if you don’t want to eat at the hotel. Only thing I didn’t like was we didn’t have a mini refrigerator. Our 4 boys had extra food and beverages with nowhere to put it to stay cold. It would have been convenient to have one. They also don’t have microwaves in the room, you’ll have to ask for one. Other than that, I would recommend this hotel for families. I was a great stay and I’ll take my family here again.

The hotel as a very good location, the room is clean and spacious . I was very happy to stay there for 3 nights with my family. But I was very disappointed with the hotel’s lost and found department,My kids left their Starbucks gifts sets in their room and forgot to take them when we checked out on last Saturday March 23th, and I was call the hotel lost and found twice on Monday, they told me they didn’t find anything in the room. My kids very upset that they lose their special gifts from the Starbucks Reserve Roastery store which spent me 189 dollars.

Internet was very slow and tv kept buffering. The fridge you cannot use to store personal items. Room clean up comes at 730 am and knocks on your door. Would not stay again.

We stayed for St. Patricks Day weekend and really liked the location. Walkable to the shopping area too. Always had the restaruant right there just in case, and the staff at the Fairmont were friendly. The conceair had a great personality

It is a very nice clean hotel. There is a lot to do around the hotel at walking distance. The only thing about this hotel is they charge hidden “urban experience fee” which is $29.36 a day. It would be best to up their hotel prices per room and know what to expect rather than charge extra after your visit.

Service was bare bones. We ordered dinner the first night. It was not cleared up until we left three nights later. Coffee was not replenished. Coffee cups were not washed. Housekeeping was almost non-existent other than for making our bed. The TV-remote combination is horrendous. Just absolutely unusable. Essentially, the TV responds to the remote with a long and highly unpredictable delay making navigation impossible. Rooms are weirdly shaped. And there was a clicking noise from the heating equipment.

Clean and nice location, though a bit further from the restaurants in the area than other options. Frustrating TV remote that requires long presses only for the TV to be slow and unresponsive. There were 2 decaf coffee pods in the room, but no regular coffee. The restaurant was nice looking, but unrealistically expensive even for breakfast ($30 for 2 eggs, protein and toast). No complimentary breakfast or coffee. They charge a $25 local service fee, that didn't give me anything I needed or wanted. Mini bar in room ($8 for beer) and snacks ($12 for about a cup of cashews or generic M&M's).

Excellent location and close to many restaurants, shopping, theatre, can walk to everything. Staff and service was very good, front desk check in was quick and the person was very nice. Room is ok, not bad but not great, definitely dated and not in tip top condition. Looked much nicer in the pictures. Bathroom is roomy. Don’t like that we had a connecting room door, walls are thin and you can hear your neighbors conversations etc, it was too late to request another room that did not have a connecting door to hear less noise as right now I am listening to neighbors TV. Had to ask for a refrigerator, shouldn’t have to at this price point.
