“Great ! Would love to go back”
Had a great time for the weekend. Only thing was trying to get a cab when you wanted to go out.
“Car Parking Nightmare”
Everythig about the hotel, the room, the lobby, the fitness center, was wonderful, untl it came tme to leave and I called for my car. I asked for it to be delivered to the front entrance, and to expect 10 - 15 minutes. After 35 minutes I went to the concierge and asked if he could check on the status of my car since I was now running tight on time, which he willingly did. He apologized, said there had been a mistake and someone was bringing it now. After another15 minutes, a man from the front driveway came in and asked if I was waiting on a car, took my parking stub, andran off through the lobby. Long story short, in another 10 minutes the car appeared. An hour wat for a car on a day tat was not that busyis excessive, and I was headed up to Lake Forest to watch students in a competition and missed the initial introductions.
“A Great Place to Stay”
Wonderful View, Great location. The hotel was everything I was hoping for.

“The elite of hotels anywhere!”
The only thing missing in the room was the kitchen. VERY nice accommodations, service and location.
“Easy access”
The staff and the hotel itself were fantastic. Only complaint was the room temperature seemed a little difficult to regulate.
“Perfect place at a good price”
Wonderful hotel, very friendly spa staff.
“room small, phones didn't work, not even near Millenium Park, bad restaurants”
terrible, i may have to go back to booking my own hotel and flight separate! got a tiny room jammed into the corner no view, korean pres was staying there and jammed up our whole trip. bad experience, im going to keep on here. towels smelled, restaurant the only 1 was bad , bad view. 2 phones in the room did not work, had to use cell phone for front desk service. will never stay there again, got tricked said it was @ millenium park, more like it was a mile away:( bedding was awful, not comfortable at all. my knee hit the door in the bathroom, it was a crawl space. no real attractions at all, nothing good to say at all about this hotel, if it wasnt for the bears vikings game @ soldier field would have been the worst trip hotel experience i have ever had. joey
“Beautiful hotel!!! Very friendly staff.”
The hotel is located at a beautiful downtown Chicago. The hotel staff were very helpful. I will definitely stay there again.
