“Good Times in Chicago!”

Everything from the front staff, valet parking, and to the room was excellent. The only complaint was the sheets gave rug burn to me and my girl friend. Which has never happened. The bathrooms and the view was amazing!

“Great Hotel for the price we got the room for”

Elevators are noisy - but this might depend on room location. Even though has six elevators found ourselves waiting for an elevator often. Only restaurant is asian in the hotel. Nothing really close that is reasonable price for family but CVS across the street is convenient. Rooms were clean, were allowed a late check out due to late flight free of charge, staff were friendly, quick check in and out. Found special that included valet parking - awesome deal. Would stay here again but ask for room not subject to elevator noise.

“A little R & R”

Been coming to the city for many years. Always enjoy the architecture and the skyline! This location is so convenient to restaurants, bars, and shopping, making it an ideal place to spend a weekend to recharge your battery. The room service and sushi restuarant are highly recommended!

“Lovelly room, lovely view!”

Hotel was wonderful! Only snafu was a little problem with the phone not taking a message - staff endeavored to fix, but fix didn't last. Hotel apologized profusely and kept trying, finally admitted that it would require a system repair during the week. View was wonderful - I asked for a 30 plus floor with a view of the lake, no problem. Very comfortable bed and pillows - will stay again the next time I visit.

“Excellent Experience”

Located couple of blocks away from Millennium Park and right in the heart of Chicago Downtown. Michigen Ave was about a block away.

“Beautiful and comfortable hotel!!”

It was beautiful! The lobby is very nice and our room was great. The bed was so comfortable. I left my cell phone in my car and with in 10 minutes of calling hte front desk and man was knocking on our hote room door with my phone. We had a beautiful view of the lake and the temperature of the room was perfect. I loved the bathroom set up. Very easy for two people ot get ready at the same time. I LOVED the coffee station too. We will be staying htere the next time we go to the city. It is a perfect location down town!

“Fairmont Hotel - Chicago”

Polite staff that seemed happy to see you. Nicely appointed rooms, that are updated enough to have flat screens and Ipod docks, and everything I needed to connect up during my stay. I was booked into the Gold level rooms. The hotel is having some construction done on the entrance area and I was worried this would be intrusive, but I never heard any noise at all. They even had a nicely trimmed entranceway with a Chandalier so you don't have to see the constructio area. The location right by Millenium Park was ideal for me and I could walk to quite a few areas from the Hotel.

“Great Location”

The hotel was perfect for our stay. My husband and I were in Chicago to catch a Cubs game and for a long weekend getaway. The hotel was in great proximation to all we wanted to do by train and foot. The only drawback was the firehouse across the street, however the amazing view of Lake Michigan made up for it. Overall this was a great stay and will definitely come back!

“Great Location and Hotel!!!”

The key to a great room, for me, will always be the bathroom. And this hotel did not fail me! The bathroom was excellent. And, the overall room was very comfortable and had a great space!!! The location was close to Art Institute of Chicago and Mag Mile. Definitely staying here again when I come back.
