Our room was perfect, spacious and clean. Don’t be fooled when they say they have a restaurant on site. The bar/restaurant is a small extremely limited menu of about 5 items. The location of the hotel is thankfully located near Shake Shack, and other restaurants. We also found the Bally casino which was a plus!

Friendly with easy check in. Staff checked people entering the lobby for keys to ensure security. Given we were downtown, it was a bit noisy at night but thankfully we were on the top floor. We returned on our last evening and spent time in the lounge. We brought food back and were able to eat in the lounge. Our bartender was fabulous. We could also stay an hour after the bar closed at 11.

This hotel wasn’t anything great. Yes the location is good but there are other hotels that are better within the similar area. The overall property needs A LOT OF Work and the floors were very dirty. There were holes and stains on our comforter . The first night barely could sleep bc the sheets and comforter were so itchy. And when we ask for new sheets and pillow cases it took them HOURS. The staff is not helpful at all and don’t care about the guests experience. The WiFi is awful could barely watch TV or even be on your phone with the wifi connected. Also the breakfast is 17$ for one person. It’s way too overpriced and there was not many options. It was our first time coming here and it’s the last time!

Uncomfortable bed
Not full, opened bottles of water in fridge. Housekeeping hard a very difficult time understanding English when simple requests were made, i.e. additional clothing hangers. Bed was very hard and not comfortable. Room temperature stayed exactly the same (too warm) after trying to lower the temperature on the wall panel (auto and fan mode were both tried). AC hotel beds are normally are favorite choice when choosing a hotel. The location was great.
